This company is a fraud. I ordered from them, and never received my items. They never refunded my money. How can you stop them.

This company is a fraud . Merchandise has never arrived . After claims their representatives ask for patience and to wait for the merchandise after 50 days . It never arrived and they never returned money back. not recommended.

Horrible service. Length of time for receipt of merchandise is unbelievable. Getting a refund is very difficult.

Agree with all the reviews here. Don’t buy for this Company. After almost three months my order has not arrived, the company can only say “they are in transit, please be patient”. I am canceling the charges on my credit card and not picking up the items when they arrive. Would never try to order from here again!!!

This is a horrible company to order from....I placed my order on April 28th... I received a portion of my order a whole month later... the shirts I ordered where too small and material very thin...I received the 2nd portion of my order June 9th after several emails to the company!!!
Shoes are not the right size...
I have requested a refund... no response as of yet... I will never order from this company again!!!!!

I have reached out to this company 3 times for an order I placed on April 28. They keep sending me emails to be patient. I'm over being patient and have requested a refund. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

These people are a scam they sell dollar store cloths at retail prices. When you ask for a refund expect a runaround from hell. You have to ship it back yourself which cost more than the cloths. They got me for $88. The shipping cost 65. They are aware of this fact because they offered me a 15%refund instead of returning. They failed to send one of my items they have already charged me for. I'm still locked in an email nightmare with them. Who knows if I'll ever get my 15% and the refund for my item. Save yourselves some grief and avoid this company like the plague. Also PayPal dropped the ball on this company as well.....

0 STARS. These people have a lot to do with why we, as Americans should stop funding the communist society of CHINA. Ordered May 5, 2020 and as of today June 11, 2020, wouldn't you know it, no product, no response back from these sorry ass people and they took my money on May 5. After i reached out to paypal which was NO help at all. I received some bs tracking number that
is showing that it was shipped out. Not sure how true that is because its been sitting at the same spot for two weeks. bs disappeared. I have now contaced my bank in hope that i can get my money back . PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM !

After almost 2month not received anything, although payment went out on order day. After few inquiries they supplied a tracking number, which looks not real.

I placed an order with this company at the end of April I still haven't received the items didnt get an order number so cant track order payment was taken within a couple of days cant get in touch with anyone.

Do Not order from this company!!!! I ordered on April 10, 2020. Today June 5, 2020, exactly 8 weeks, I never received my order. They took my money on the same day i ordered. I have no tracking number, and they are not responding to my emails. They just take your money and disappear!

It's more than bad. I ordered shirts on May 7th and paid. Until today, June 5th, I didn't get them. e-mail answers only asked to wait. Then I was told they didn´t give refunds. It's more than outrageous.

I ordered a yellow polka dotted dress the end of April. I kept emailing them with a response each time telling me to be patient. Finally received a tan polka dotted dress May 30. Fit perfect and I really really like it better than I probably would have the yellow one.
I agree the tracking number was not where I could click on it. But it finally came!

Really don't want to give any rating that's how poor the service is. Placed an order in april still have not received my pants no response from this company

This site is a scam. Ordered in April and the money came right out of my account. I received a BOGUS confirmation and tracking number. I cannot trace it due to false numbers. On may 17 I received a notice that the order was delivered!. I never received it. The company keeps asking for my confirmation and tracking number. I dont have it and can't get it from the site.No Order
I hope they spend it on a vaccine

Terrible customer service. I recieved a blouse that was too small so I wanted to exchanged it. To return it I had to give the details of order with pictures.) They would then send me the right address to return it. You can NOT use address on packaging.!They never got back to me with address. I had 15 days to return it. Because they never sent me address it is past due to return it and I am stuck with a blouse that does not fit! I am suspicious Missfance is a scam because they do not honour their return policy. They say you can return it but they never reply with address. I also tried to contact them on chat line and it would not connect. I emailed them numerous times and kept getting the same automated email response with instructionsI to wait for return address but they never send it!!
So if you are not positive about the size, etc good luck trying to return or exchange it!

The merchandise did not look like what is advertised.

I placed an order in March for 3 items. 2 finally arrived today 5/28! The dress I received is not the dress I ordered, it's garbage. I'm missing one of the tops as well. I'm not hopeful. Do Not order from this company!!
