I ordered on April 19.....STILL NOTHING! I contacted them a few weeks ago and they told me to wait 10-20 days. I contacted them again yesterday and told them I want a refund and they haven't answered my e-mail (imagine that). This company is not a reputable company!!!!!!!!

On March 30, 2020, I placed an order for 5 items. Bad mistake. I received two very poor items and as of today, 5-27-20, I am still waiting on the third. I have contacted the company many times only to be told to please be patient. I would most definitely not recommend this company and will never order from them again.

This website should be removed. I ordered 3 items and received one. I received no tracking number by email when I ordered. The item I received looked nothing like the image in the online catalogue. I have since emailed three times and only had one standard reply email and nothing since. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered 2 items on April 04, 2020 but was sent 3 items. They arrived today, May 27,2020. They are definitely TOO SMALL and I need to return. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY that I can contact them to return. even though they have a supposedly Return site with instructions, I get NOTHING!! sO, I NOW HAVE 3 ITEMS THAT I CANNOT USE, AND THE COMPANY HAS MY MONEY AND I'VE BEEN DUMPED ON ONE MORE TIME!! I HOPE PEOPLE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

This company doesn’t deserve any stars, the items are of the poorest quality, ordered on 4/1, just got the items. Just sent email, let’s see long it takes to respond. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. Also going through my credit card company to get a response fund. Horrible, I know next time to look up the reviews first.

I wish I had been smart enough to check the reviews before I ever got involved with this company. I placed my order April 30. Have sent numerous requests for accurate tracking info. The tracking number they gave does not work, nor does the UPS number they gave. I feel I will be joining the many people who wrote in their reviews that they have been cheated. What a disgrace!

These are not worth putting a star on, as they like to deceive people, be careful ... look closely what you see, because when they deliver it is something else, I bought 2 dresses size L says L but it is not the size It is smaller and the fabric you see in the photo is not ... the color I asked for in a dress. Another thing that is not worth buying with these people ... 3 times send a message and until now there is no answer to return the dresses and they will return my money ...! be careful when shopping with these people ...! she is a thief ... abusiba .. ......

I ordered from Missfance on April 8, 2020 and received my order almost 7 weeks later. I ordered 3 dresses and got 1 free. $74.00 later, it is the poorest quality material I have ever seen. They stated they were "cotton"; completely a fraud. They are acetate, thin, China gift shop crap. I understand it will cost me at least $30 to return. I don't trust them ever sending me a dime, so I am going to try to get my money back through the credit card company I used. Please, please do not order from this company. They should change their name to "Misstated" because everything in their description is a lie. How do people continue to rip people off and not get arrested or shut down. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I have read that they copy legitimate company's merchandise and then sell it as cheaply as they can. At the very least, my friends and I had a good laugh and I will post on Facebook (where I discovered their site) how sorry they are.

I ordered on the 1st of May on the 3rd of May I received an email with my tracking and ordee number stating it had been shipped. On the 21st Ibstarted emailing them as to where is my order. They have responded that I shoild track my number. I sent another email that I did. I have sent 6 emails and its the same thing. No merchandiise. I am upset. $80 and they wont refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! ITS FRAUD!!

This company is fraudulent, they have taken my money with no merchandise shipment. No way to track the order and no communication with these demons. Do not be fooled, this is a scam.

I ordered and received only half of my order. I have made many attempts to contact customer support to resolve the problem and have never received a reply. This company is a RIP-OFF!!! Do not order from them! You will lose your money and not get your merchandise...

i ordered and have yet to receive anything and the tracking number has no such order...... i think i have been ripped off!!!! to bad the stuff looks great on line.....

I PLACE A ORDER A MONTH AGO NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER

I ordered back the first of April $171.00 in merchandise. I have as of today yet to receive my order. I have tried in vain to track my order with no luck. I have contacted them 6 times with only 2 responses. I will never order from this company again. This is birthday gifts that have since passed. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I really did not want to rate one bc of quality of materials and sizes were wayyyy smaller than what they should be . I wear a 16 and I gave my clothes I ordered away to my friend who wears an eight to ten. Now that’s a big difference . I took a real long time to get it and it was a gift from hubby to me . I am very disappointed. I hope they step their business up several knoches.

Run don't walk away from ordering. Cheap and poor quality. Huge disappointment. Learn from my mistake. Order in the USA where quality matters.

Ordered twice received 2 orders, not all items filled.Clothing quality super poor,thin material.Attempted to resolve 4 times , unsuccessful.Would never order again from this source.Length of time to receive, very unacceptable,ships from China.Same answer on order as our government got about COVID-19.No reply or downright avoid answering.

Placed order in March never received tried to contact with no response from them. Use tracking # but no such # exist. Asked for my account to be credit no response.

Ordered 2 dresses on April 9th. according to description cotton and linen. I received one of them after 5 weeks, wrong size, cheap fabric (plastic) and stained.
I contacted the company via email, (in San Francisco where the package was shipped from) explained the problem and requested a refund. I was told to ship the items to China, pay for shipping and custom fees.
They make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to get an answer or to get a refund to the point that people give up. And thats how they make money.
DO NOT GET TEMPTED TO ORDER ANYTHING. What they show on line is NOT wat you will get and you are stuck with it. ITS JUNK!!!!!!
I have reported the company for false information and as of today I have not received the second dress.
PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE.....DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I placed an order on April 9, and they keep giving me a fake tracking number so I filled a complaint with the attorney general office and starting the necessary paperwork with my attorney...I think this company is a scam!!!!!
