I had a great experience with Mollie support today, thanks to Lotte.
She was very friendly, switched to Dutch when that was easier, and really took the time to investigate our issue thoroughly. Even though the situation was a bit unusual and not straightforward, she involved a colleague and clearly explained what they could and couldn’t see from their side.
Her help pointed us in the right direction, and I really appreciated her patience and professionalism throughout the conversation.

Their customer service departments have poor communication. After our initial payment, it was flagged as a 'risk,' leading to our account being blocked. The account and funds remain blocked to this day and they refuse to provide any explanation or guidance on resolving the issue.
