Absolutely disgraceful
AVOID!!!

Best price around for the vehicle i was after, no fuss service.

We had to take back as no wheel locking socket. Had to book into ford main dealer to rectify. No timed appointment just leave with them. Having to use bus to get home and back to collect. Had not been valeted properly. Re done. Still water in glove compartment. Not brilliant. Very disappointed. A promise of carpets. So far none. They were so helpful during the buying process and could not of been more helpful. Issues are now resolved. Carpets have arrived and refund for wheel locking bolt socket received. Still having to have a spare key from Haynes who have quoted £300 to £400. My husband has parkinson and is worried without a spare which was not supplied on collection. Thank you motorpoint for reply to my review. It would be nice if we could be compensated by helping with cost of spare key.

First time we had bought a car from here, and it won’t be the last, found ourselves the perfect little car, had Tom helping us through the process, he was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, you will definitely see us again in the future.

This is the 3rd car we have bought within 5 months from motorpoint . I have dealt with Hugh Kearney from day one a genuine guy with a pleasant and helpful attitude knows his stuff. I would recommend this company when buying a car you pay the price of car on website no haggling like other showrooms as they guarantee the price to be lower iv checked and there prices are very fair. A special mention to the young guy who was doing the handover I think his name was raz he was very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Thanks alan / Michelle and jak

Great experience buying a new car! As always, loads of choice and cars easy to view. Saw a car I really liked, Jack was great with showing me around the car, telling me about all the features and allowing me a test drive. He was then very helpful with the sale when I decided to go ahead. It was also nice to be remembered by his colleague, Lee, who I'd bought my last car from. Very friendly place.

No pressure on selling pleasant helpful sales people, deal with all part ex and paperwork necessary for deal

We said on collection the car valet was not thorough and that we thought the car had 360 cameras and front sensors which it doesn't have. Sales advisors though 5/5 did a good job .please feed that back .

Overall great but can do better with customer service. Had an issue where my payment was not reflecting on their account and I was passed to so many different people any none of them were actually helping. Overall the derby staff 10/10 with their service. Bailey and Taylor in the derby store were great.

I bought a car from Motorpoint last month that didn't have a Sat Nav SD card which was advertised with the car. Ellie from Motorpoint Glasgow followed this up with dogged determination to sort out. She deserves a pay rise if anyone from Motorpoint is reading this thanks.
