Have emailed 3 times and now their website is unreachable

Awful, just awful! Ordered on 15 September 2024, received order confirmation. Money taken from account next day. NOTHING since! No response to emails or through website. No response to request for refund and nothing received. I've had to start a dispute through my bank to try and reclaim the money. Should have looked for reviews before purchasing

I ordered 4 A3 prints on 7th October. The money has left my account but I’ve had absolutely NO correspondence from the company.
I’ve emailed them 4 times. No reply. Just gone to the website to email them again and the site itself is now unavailable!! Beyond shocking service and now I’m down 4 Christmas gifts and 30 quid!!

I haven't had an update since I ordered even though postage states 2-4 business days and it's been 10 days (and paid extra for postage)! I have emailed them twice and messaged on Facebook and had no reply!

I have started a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

AVOID!!

Zero customer service, no reply to emails or messages. Since 9/10/2024 Evri stating they are waiting on parcel, but have heard nothing since.

I ordered 3 canvas prints 17th August 2024 they took £90 from my visa debit card still not arrived & it's now 27th September I have sent numinous messages and haven't had one reply. I have requested my refund and to no avail not happy

Still waiting on delivery after a month and no sign have emailed a few times and no response just a message once saying evri issues on collection but they've sorted it but evri are still waiting for them so they can deliver which I doubt will happen. Luckily I've done a charge back from my bank and have received a refund. It's just unfortunate as I've used this company a few times over the years and this is the first time I've had alot of issues

I would avoid this company at all costs . I ordered & paid for 2 canvases in MAY !!
I have still not received my order and my numerous e mails have never been replied to . Very poor customer service 😡

I placed an order on the 22nd of may still nothing took my money its pictures of my grandkids scammers !!!!

Still nothing .I gave a review a while ago .Still zero communication. Surely taking someone's money and keeping it .and not refunding or providing the service paid for is theft of some sort.avoid this company at all costs . Worst customer service ever . And when you try to email .you get a message saying our email.is not working at the moment . They say would you like to live chat .with no way to do this .complete frauds

I placed an order in April and I've not received any communication or any items and no way of contacting them so they have my money

Ordered on the 17th June and still not received my order or even an update on my order. Tried emailing but it bounced. Ordered with them before and had no issue, but completely different this time.

Have used this company a few times so thought nothing of ordering again. Bought 4 canvases 4 weeks ago now and the order is still saying processing. I've emailed 3 times and had nothing back. Can't get my money bank from the bank either! £40 lost!

Customer services are awful, blame you for the issue and won't offer a replacement or refund!

A4 size makes these photos different from other companies. Not the fastest delivery but worth waiting for. Gorgeous photos of my grandson at a good price.

Ordered wedding pictures 29th May received an update 12th June to say order was being shipped and still not received order 10th July . I don’t mind if there is a delay but no communication I have emailed and email address is invalid on the invoice.

Canvas not received, it was for my husband's 60th. No replies to any email asking where it is, really sad and disappointed particularly when scrolling down all the other messages saying the exact same appalling service.

Awful company ordered on 9th of April ( deliver was ment to take 7/10 working days ) never received, communication non existent….. Ended up getting a refund from PayPal

Do not order from this company, waited over 4 wks for a delivery which should have been 'quick delivery' but nothing arrived!! Tried emailing them twice, no phone number. There is suppose to be an online chat link but not on the Web page anywhere. Luckily I paid by PayPal so I was able to raise a dispute and got my money refunded but so annoying. STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER

Ordered on 10th may, not received the items and have emailed twice with no response. There is no phone number to contact them, so have just messaged on their contact page. We should all report them for fraud
