I first found the company on Facebook And got to say I love memories and photos of my new gran daughter so thought for tht price I couldn’t moan when other companies was charging a bit more x i picked the images I liked and then placed my order and got to say I’m well chuffed with them x and can’t wait to get them placed on my feature wall x good images and exactly what was what I was after x will be ordering more again soon

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.
If a deal seems to good to be true, then it is.
They're so poorly made, blurry and pixilated, literally went in the bin.

If i could give a minus I would. Please dont waste your time and money. They are absolutely shocking. No reponds to emails for missing orders. Would go as far as to say they are a scam. I had to get my bank involved. DO NOT USE

Terrible customer service, don’t respond to emails, I’ve had a tracking number for 11 days but still not dispatched. Had to open a dispute to try to cancel the order. They’re blaming Evri, I along with many other customers have contacted Evri who are disputing the issue is with them ! They’re just not sending out our orders for evri to deliver ! Will absolutely avoid in the future

After ordering before and having no issues thought id be okay. Ordered with plenty of time for Christmas 2023
Took my money, only sent half my order. I have been trying to contact for over a month now. Got 2 replies on Facebook being told a replacement was sent... I wasn't as nothing has arrived. Absolutely avoid and don't give these scammers your money !!!!! I'm so angry as I'm now out money and have no items

Ordered beginning of January says its been shipped. Contact evri and status still with sender. Im so disappointed as not only was i looking forward to seeing them one was a birthday present 😔😔

Wish I read reviews before ordering. Ordered print on 28th Dec, payment taken immediately but still waiting for the print. No reply to queries, Evri are still waiting to receive the print. Absolute joke. Contacted my card supplier and received a refund and they will investigate.
What company does not provide a contact no!!

Payment was taken from my credit card on 25 November 2023. I still haven’t received my order as of 02 January 2024 despite numerous emails. There is no contact phone number so I’m unable to talk to anyone.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

This is the worse company I have ever bought anything from. I put in an order on the 13th November and till today I have not received my order. I reached out to them after 3 weeks of putting my order thru and had no response on their email. I eventually reached out to them on Facebook in which I was told their email is down and they will check the status of my order. Then I didn’t get a response so I reached out again until I got an update the my order was confirmed and being processed. After 10 days, still have not received my order and the status is still the same, I have reached out to them again but I have not received a response. I have been reaching out to them for a week nearly every day and no one will answer me and they won’t refund me. I think this company is a scam. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND THEY WILL JUST TAKE YPUR MONEY AND NOT RESPOND WHEN YOU REACH OUT TO THEM. This company is a SCAM

AVOID this compay. Took them two weeks to send me a tracking number for my order. Two weeks later and they still haven't dispatched to the courier. Have emailed a few times with no response. Luckily I paid via PayPal so have had to ask them to step in and get me a refund.
