Ordered 4th May not received prints. All contact ignored, no phone number. No way to cancel order and get refund.
I do believe it is a fake company

Ordered on the 27th March still not received my order emails multiple times and heard nothing

I placed an order beginning of April 24, still waiting have emailed them numerous times and have not got back to me, rubbish service are they even legit

I have ordered from her many times with no problem.. however in feb I placed an order, all came bar one print I emailed and received a reply that they would sort it out. We’re in may and I’m going to have to go to small claims court at the end of the week as I actually can’t let this one go! Very disappointed

Worst company to buy, never answer any messages and email. Save your money and l time.

I ordered from this company at the beginning of April. I have not received any prints and they have not answered any emails that I have sent them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

No phone number for a business is beyond ridiculous they don't answer to emails there is never any live chat available don't order from them I ordered on 25th April it's now may 10th still no sign of my order. You just can't get to speak to anyone !!!

Awful company, no canvases and no response, they just ignored me. Unfortunate as was a present for my mum.

Ordered 4th of April express delivery at 4.95. Have not received items when I try to track order it says not dispatched. Can't get hold of anyone to chase it up. Paid with PayPal thankfully and they have given me my money back. Do not order waste of time

Do not use. I placed an order end of february. I am still waiting for half of it to arrive. I chased weekly. They no longer even reply. I will be going via my credit card company now.

Taken the money immediately tho

Do not order from here , they are unreliable scam artists

Placed order weeks ago, no acknowledgement of canvasses being shipped. No acknowledgement of email sent. They were prints of daddy whose recently passed so we're really disappointed. Should of stuck to Grange Prints who provide a fantastic service, however I got lured by the price. DON'T BE TEMPTED.

Despite me sending numerous emails to this company regarding my non delivered canvases,they have the arrogance and audacity to still advertise on Facebook UK.
They print a company guarantee which is lip service to unsuspecting customers!
I aim to rubbish their so called business on every site I am attached to......scammers.

I placed an order with them on 24th March and I'm still waiting for it. Despite sending several emails I had 1 message back saying that they were having problems with their emails? But please forward my order number. Then the said my order was complete with an Evri tracking number, which is saying they are expecting it? I emailed them again today saying I want a refund and again, absolutely no response.
Shocking customer service, will never use them again avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting for my canvas print for several weeks now and when I emailed for an update I did eventually get a reply to say it was being chased up but nothing since. They don’t seem to reply to emails with any urgency if there is a problem.

Since ordering from there my bank has been scammed! I don’t use my card at all it stays at home I use Apple Pay I haven’t brought anything else in the last 2 week. It can only be from this company! Disgusting

DO NOT ORDER!!! ordered 2 canvas prints weeks ago still showing as unfulfilled have messaged and emailed to no avail, I have had no response at all, customer service is none existent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ...SCAMMERS !!!
