I ordered 3 canvases that were on an offer. Great communication and prompt delivery. I am really pleased with the quality of the canvases and would highly recommend.

This company don't reply to emails been waiting weeks for my canvas keeps saying evri waiting for your parcel but nothing I will never use these again and I have asked for a refund as it says delivery in 7-10 days not at all

Have been trying to get someone to respond to FB messenger and emails for weeks, with absolutely no explanation or responses. It's actually shocking that you can hand money over and recieve nothing.

They have no customer service number either, so literally nothing I can do. So wish I'd read all these reviews before buying. Lesson learned to always check companies before making a purchase.

I'm so dissapointed, and don't have the money to re order elsewhere now. I still live in hope that my order will arrive, but isn't looking great at this point.

Very terrible customer service. Items arrive months after ordering that is if they arrive Atall.

I have sent numerous messages and emails to this company NEVER GOT MY CANVASES THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER GOT MY ORDER. A TERRIBLE COMPANY SCAMMERS DONT ORDER OF THEM

Ordered in February still waiting for it no response just order accepted and waiting to be delivered. Wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

I ordered 3 A4 canvases on 9th March I messaged last week and was told they were ready and waiting for courier to collect NOTHING no email. Have messaged AGAIN today was told would email in an hour after checking order 2hrs later still no email. So told them I want my money back and was going to contact my bank to tell them I'd been SCAMMED

Never received my canvas, won't reply to emails, only contacted me back off my fb messager as I requested a refund. Still nothing and it's 2 months later! Shocking customer service, would not recommend

I printed 3 beautiful photos from Antarctica. I was very happy with the quality

Had to chase my order ALOT and was happy with one print, the ladt one delivered had an awful finish, it was brought as a gift but I am embarrassed to give it,looks so cheap and frame poking out too.
Sadly I can not upload images to prove had bad canvas is.

Ordered 4 canvases in October 2023,still haven’t received them.. I have spent FOUR MONTHS trying to get an answer!! Finally got someone who was going through messenger messages,said they would resend items… none I cannot get an answer to find out whether they’ve been sent! No phone number to complain. Only Email and messenger,which are useless. I beg with people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shambles of customer service. I will try and get this mob shut down. I am raging!!!! Wish I’d read some of these reviews before I ordered. I’m still going to try and get a hold of someone,but I don’t hold much hope. Absolute SHAMBLES

Finally got my canvases. Though it was EXTREMELY hard work. Such a pity as I had used them before without any problems. But when you get a problem it becomes a BIG problem. Won’t be using them again,which is a shame,as they are good quality.
If I were to give them some advice,it would be to have a telephone number to enquire on.
Seems such a stupid thing not to have.

Ordered canvas on the 13th Feb 2024, evri emailed on the 22nd Feb stating they are expecting it. As of the 6th March they are still expecting it?? Emailed 3 times had 1 response asking for my order number, still no response??

Only 1 part of my order has been delivered, waited over 3 weeks, have sent numerous emails with no response, terrible service

I ordered three canvas on special offer and I’m extremely pleased with them. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Site is so easy to use and postage didn’t take long either. Can not recommend them enough thank you

Ordered in decemebrr for a Christmas present. Had email saying it's on its way on 4th Jan. Is now 20th Feb. Has been no response apart from a brief "oh you should have had it by now". Nope evri are still waiting g for it because you never dispat he'd in first place. Would like my money back and this company held liable for fraud.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! DO NOT USE!!! It's been 2 weeks and STILL no canvas. Like the others on here, blaming Evri. Evri HAVE NOT received it from THEM!
They do not reply to your emails, messages, nothing but happy enough to take your money.

Absolutely disgusting company. Tried contacting them twice now as my item has not arrived and no response. Absolutely diabolical customer service and definitely not shipped and delivered in 7-10 days. Avoid at all costs.
