Have edited my review! Yes the customer service is crap, it also took 20 working days to finally got it. But was it worth the wait .. yes it was! So all I would say is order in plenty time!

Avoid Do not use takes 4 weeks to receive part of an order
Customer service non existent and beyond a joke
No replys to emails will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Shocking company, my order from September has not arrived and Evri said the tracking number doesn’t exit. No contact number, have sent emails and no response. AVOID!!!.... I want my money back. Will not recommend to anyone. I have got in touch with trading standards and will take this further!!!!!!

I really wish that I’d checked here before ordering my canvas. Nearly four weeks after ordering, I’m still waiting for my canvas. No response to emails, no tracking information available, no dispatch email. Avoid this company at all costs

Slow service and no response from customer service but when I messaged via there Facebook page I was replied to quickly and was given reassurance that my order was on its way, received today and I am happy with them.

Awful company, my order from June has not arrived, true scammers. No contact number, have sent numerous emails no response. AVOID AT ALL COST.... I want my money back. I did not even want to give them a star. Awful awful horrible company. Will not recommend to anyone

Shocking! Website states 7-10 days for delivery, after 3 weeks waiting and being fobbed off with fake tracking numbers I requested a refund via PayPal. PayPal refunded instantly so I can only assume they have had numerous customers with the same issues. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

Awful company. Awful customer service. A months wait for not even half of my order! Quick to take the money but will not respond when querying where the order is or why it hasn’t arrived.
Scammers through and through. There’s a reason there’s no phone number to contact the company, they know they’re stealing peoples money!

Literally the worst quality and worst service ever! Long wait times, but we were like, "it's OK it'll be worth the wait". How wrong we were! Quality is that of a 5 year old using word art! It's like they've clicked copy on a thumbnail of the picture and expanded it, leaving the pictures pixilated, blurred and just looking terrible. Please, please, please avoid this company they are a complete scam. Will be reporting them too for their failure to respond and failure to deliver "quality".

Ordered on 8th October, shipped on 24th October. Arrived today 4th November. Very poor quality and not tight enough on the frame

Took ages to arrive and when finally did they are completely zoomed in so parts of the body have been cropped off. Awful company to get hold off, ignores most messages to them

I have ordered from here multiple times, yes there is a long wait at times and ideally for some that's not the best but i have always recieved my items withing about 3 weeks and they're really good quality. The only downfall is the correspondence from the company, but they're definitely not a scam i have recommended to people and they have recieved their orders too. Time frame i ordered August 24th recieved sep 12th

If i can rate it 0, I definitely will. I should have read trustpilot first before purchasing from them. There is no update from them with whatever is happening with my order, no phone numbers to ring, just an email address with no one bothering to respond anyway. I don't even know if my order is still arriving at all.

Would of give 0 stars if it was a option never seen a company as unprofessional. Been waiting 2 months and sent numerous emails with no reply. Disgusting

Wish I read the reviews before buying. Bought 5 canvas on 8 August. After countless emails chasing on the status, i finally heard from them on 28th August.
They provided a tracking number and advised that my order was on the way.
Nothing happened. The tracking number wasn’t working so I contacted them again on 7 September and delivery was finally made on 13 September. I thought my ordeal with the company was finally over but boy was I wrong!
They only delivered 4 out of 5 canvases.
I’m back to chasing them again for the 5th canvas but no reply once again and don’t think I’ll be hearing from them again.
The worst purchase I’ve ever made.
They are not even worth one star. Absolute nightmare.

My 5th canvas was finally delivered on 22 September.

there should be a 0 stars for this firm my daughter ordered a canvas for her dad's birthday back in August it hasn't arrived they are blatantly ignoring her emails one of the worse firms possible if he can't deliver when told then close your business

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I’ve waited for over a month for my item. I’ve written to them countless times via email and their online form - NOTHING!
It was a present for my daughter.

I should of looked on Trusted Pilot first. It seems I’m not the only one who’s been robbed by them.

Terrible experience from start to finish, delivery 7-10 days no way! Contacted numourous times and no response, very unprofessional for a company, after writing on social media they then get in contact. Order arrives over 3 weeks later and dissatisfied is an understatement, canvas’s all poorly put together, quality is terrible and marks all over them. Would not recommend and no way would be using again.

No communication been over 2 weeks now and still nothing not received my order either. How do I get my money back?
