I have either been scammed by mycanvasprint or they are just rude. I have not had any reply from them despite contacting customer services on 3 occasions. Stay away and beware of these guys, take your business elsewhere !!!!!!

7-10 day guarantee? 😂😂😂. No chance. No contact phone number to chase up, only an email and internal messaging which I’ve had no response from. By the looks of the reviews, others have had and are having the same experience. I won’t be using again as my customers won’t wait a month for these canvasses to come through. Joke.

Communication almost zero 2 weeks after payment no tracking number no product company said they would check their laptop for my order (very unprofessional) that was the only Communication I had via facebook glad I paid via PayPal had to contact them for a refund company is in my opinion a scam company

I would give this company 0 stars if it was possible. I placed an order on June 17 2023, after receiving nothing after 3 weeks, I contacted the company, who fobbed me off that it had been dispatched, more time passed and it did not turn up, I contacted the company again a further 8 times over the next few weeks and was either ignored or fobbed off again; on the rare occasions the company did reply they were extremely unprofessional and couldn’t spell my name or basic words correctly, shocking punctuation. It took writing negative reviews on their Facebook advertisements for them to get in touch and they then remove the negative comments so other people fall victim to their schemes. I have finally got a refund today. I only wish I had checked the reviews on this site first!

I did get worried after reading these reviews! My order did take over a month but they came this morning and so worth the wait! Very pleased! Thank you!

After payment of what seems like a good deal. I was told I'll get an email when my order is ready. Over a week, I haven't gotten any email. No tracking details too and my order hasn't arrived yet. Please avoid this website at all cost. Wish I read the review before making any purchase.

If I could give no stars I would,absolutely no reply when you email them there's no contact number,they say they fast with delivery absolutely joke of a company I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks AVOID THIS COMPANY,I'd rather go in asda and print myself then use this JOKE COMPANY for a print😡😡😡😡

Never received my order! Ordered in 6th June, even if it was from China, it would still be here by now! Glad it was only a £30 loss and not more. Wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. Steer clear,

Never received my item. Customer service terrible when they do reply it is very unprofessional. Asked for a refund. Up until now not received.

Order received this morning. Packaging consisted of already flattened bubble wrap, so therefore pointless and a plastic envelope, which was ripped in two places. Upon unwrapping, the pictures were horribly cropped and fitted loosely in the frames, leading to sagging of the canvas. The poor packaging had also very visible pressure lines down the edges of the canvasses. As if this wasn't enough, the canvas quality is very cheap/poor quality, leaving a horrible grainy look to the canvas, especially noticeable on faces, visible skin and lighter colours. All in all, a waste of money, even at the sale prices. There is no contact available on the website, other than a form to fill in or an email address in the dispatched email. After reading other reviews, I doubt I will receive a reply. I will attempt a refund through my bank. Avoid this company where possible. The prices are attractive when offered as a sale price, but suspect the "sale" lasts year round. The canvases are anything but attractive.

Love all 4 of my canvas prints. Took a while to arrive but 1000% worth every penny.

Bad points - Took approx 4 weeks to arrive, No response to any correspondance AT ALL. Ordered 9th May came 6th June

Good points - it arrived, excellent PRICE and the quality is on par with anything I've purchased elsewhere (slightly more waxy on touch)... but at that price not bothered especially when hanging NO difference.
The compnay really could eliminate the bad reviews if their website mentioned the correct shipping time.

I so wish I'd seen the reviews before grabbing what I thought would be a bargain. Awful prints, loose in the frame, the cardboard frame doesn't sit flat, it's so badly cut it's disgraceful.

Ordered 3 canvas prints which took twice as long to arrive as promised. They are very poor quality, the canvas is loose on the frames. Have not responded to any of my emails.

Pray you don’t have a problem, as there is no telephone number, and they simply don’t respond to emails or messages through social media.

I ordered mine on March 30, 2023 i ordered 4x A3 size and one 20x30, I received the 4x A3 size after a month but i still haven’t received the 20x30, i was told it would arrive after a day or two after but it’s going 2 months now, I haven’t received them yet. I have sent multiple emails but no one is getting back at me. It’s 2 months now. It is a family picture so I am afraid of it going elsewhere. Very frustrating experience and that cost me £18 plus shipping but got nothing.

If I could do zero stars I would!!! AVOID!!! ORDERED IN MARCH CHASED ORDER NUMEROUS TIMES AND HAD NO REPLY. HAD TRACKING NUMBER FOR EVRI BUT THEY ARE STILL WAITING TO COLLECT THE PARCEL. FRAUD!!!
