I ordered my niece a necklace in rose gold, double thickness. It was unusual as I wanted her name in Arabic. I was contacted to make sure I was pleased with the design. When I received it, I was over the moon!! Absolutely stunning and my niece was thrilled.

If you're worried about going ahead, do it because you won't be disappointed!

I ordered a necklace for my sister. It came right on time before Christmas and I was so excited. I got my sister the Arabic name necklace she had always wanted and she loved it. She wore it ONCE. Within one wear the necklace had bent in half and the clasp broke off making it unwearable. I then went to email namefully requesting a refund (also attached images of the damaged product) and they suggested for me to pay an extra 75$ for me to upgrade the horrible quality of their jewellery that they are selling. How AWFUL!!!! All they want is for you to pay more and more money!!! WOULD NOT recommend this website at ALL!!!

I ordered two of the name plate necklaces, one in gold and one in silver. The silver one is already tarnishing/turning green. Very disappointed, especially since they were not that cheap and they took SO long to arrive!!

My boyfriend had order one Carrie necklace in namefully as supposedly his surprised birthday gift for me. The order was made last November 11 , the purchase was successful but after the money was deducted in his account not even an email from the website. My birthday came and still there was no update on the shipment details until I have to send a complaint in their customer service dated last November 24 and that's the time they thought of giving us an update. It was said to be delivered on receiver address which was supposedly direct to Saudi Arabia then update again on November 26 and ship to US. However, after that update there was no more further details about the necklace and it's already December 23. We keep sending an email and all we receive " we are investigating with the postal services about the accurate location of your package as by what we can see it is on the way to the US " . How disappointing , it's been almost a month since they have told us that it is on the way to US.

Ordering was so easy and communication was great! My order arrived in the advised timeframe! The only downfall was that when my earrings arrived they were tarnished/dirty so I had to give them a good clean before giving as a birthday gift to a friend. I was originally going to have them delivered straight to her so am glad now that I didn't. They cleaned up beautifully though and she loved them.

Took more than a month for regular mail to come. But you are given a tracking code so you know where youre item is. totally satisfied with my order.

The necklace was very flimsy and broke within the second wear. I will never buy from them again!

The necklace is pretty good quality. I would suggest using a different clasp like a lobster clasp. My only complaint is the clasp seems cheap and is difficult to fasten. I would not mind paying more for a better quality clasp.
