Namefully 

My necklace took a long time to arrive. I was able to wear it a few times. It broke after 10 days. It is beautiful but broken in my jewelry box!!! Lesson Learned!!!! I won't purchase jewelry on line ever again!!!!

I brought this as a gift for my friend. Namefully were really helpful and responsive when I had queries on the lettering for the personalised necklace. When the product was delivered I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the overall product. It exceeded my high expectations, and it was a lovely gift to give.
I would recommend Namefully, and will definitely be using them again!

I paid more to have the gift for my niece I bought on namefully.com faster and when it arrived to my country airport costumer I discovered that it has been stocked there for ONE MONTH because of the seller: they didn't put the write information (item type and right value) on the package so the customs office had to stick it there to check it since they couldn't find out what it was inside and which value it was. Very bad experience.

The pendant is very thin, and I mean very thin, and the engraving on it wasn't of the best quality, fir what I paid I expected better

Unfortunately the necklace I purchased for my friends 40th broke! The diamond fell out, I have emailed Namefully regarding this and have had no comeback, very disappointed.

I found the lettres way too small than I had expected and really hard to read. The quality of the chain is average.

Amazing store! My necklace was made just as I requested and after 6 months it still looks beautiful.

28 days after order, necklace which was for a birthday 1 week ago still has not been dispatched.
Keep getting same email replys from them saying it takes 1-2 weeks to make, and they don't listen that it has now been 4....I even paid 20$ extra for quick deliver!
Terrible.....

I was looking for a website, which offers great variety in Name necklaces. Namefully seems to be the best in variety and price. No issues about quality and prices were affordable. My fiancé love the necklace, looks adorable. Happy with the customer service.

I have been very pleased indeed with the great customer service Namefully gives. Every query was answered promptly. I am very happy with my necklace. I decided to have Jesus on mine instead of my own name, and they were happy to do that. The packaging was good and it arrived quickly.

I purchased a 14 k rose gold name necklace with expedited shipping. My necklace arrived over a month later and looked nothing like the proof online. The etching was rough and sloppy. The name "Hattie" looked like Kattie. The double Tt was sloppy any ugly. I sent side by side photos to customer service and they said it met their standards and I could return less a 20% fee. So crazy. Horrible customer service. The company does not stand behind the product. Also it is made in isreal, which would not be a problem but they make it seem like rush shipping is available when it is not.

Got a necklace for my younger sister and she absolutely loved it. Great quality, will shop again

Et c'est donc réussi car il est joli ET solide. Je recommande ce site pour des colliers-prénoms, en plus si le prénom est rare ou d'un alphabet différent... MERCI ! Je peux porter tout le temps sur moi le nom de mon amour de chat, qui me manque... cordialement.

After different experiences, Namefully is the best web-site for name neck-laces : very different choices, "sur-mesure" if we wish, excellent quality-price's report, good and beautiful packaging, speed delivery, AND : the customer-service is available, polite, accomodating and sincere. And so it's successfull because it's beautiful and solid. I advice you it for name nake-laces, mostly if the name is rare or comes from a different alphabet... THANK YOU !!! I can all time wear the name of my love of cat, that I miss... "Kind regards" ("cordialement" in french !).

When I received the necklace I was very happy but it changed when I noticed rough edges. I decided to wear it on clothes, but a few weeks later the chain broke. I made a complaint and the answer was that I needed to make a photo. Since I was going through rough times and I don't have a smart phone I let it go, but I was very disappointed. What Namefully doesn't realize/cares for, is that the name of the necklace has a huge emotional value for me. Rough edges and a broken chain do not make me a happy customer.
My advice to Namefully: go for quality in your product and service instead of low prices. Until things change, my warning to potential customers is: you can't buy there with trust

Fab name necklace :-)

These necklaces were adorable and my daughters loved them. However one of them broke five minutes after my daughter put it in. The name split right in two. Poor quality!!

My gentleman friend got me this for Christmas. We are senior citizens and I don't wear loud glitzy jewelry. Have had many many compliments on it. The double name heart is a nice way to show our feelings for each other and it goes with jeans and tees or dressed up.
