Terrible quality. Insults after trying to make a refund
The quality of hats absolutely horrible. Mine was snapped after 1 week of usage. When trying to make refund I didn't find their working email. The only one I've found was unavailable. So I've open a dispute on Paypal. After this seller started to send me emails with insults of me and my country. And not only emails even SMS on my phone.

Printed Image Let’s it Down
My cap arrived today. The quality of the cap and rear buckle fastening all seems okay but it is let down by a printed image. For £14.99 I at least expected the image to be embroidered. It is what it is so let’s see how long the image lasts under normal wear

Poor customer service when things go wrong.
I ordered a hat which arrived with defective stitching. I sent photos and received a reply advising me to iron the hat to solve problems. My wife is a seamstress and told me that no end of ironing would fix poor workmanship. Pandaize offered a replacement but said I would need to pay a further £3.99 shipping which I wasn't happy with so I asked for a refund. Pandaize are now ignoring my request. My order number was #pd103477. I will not be ignored.

Not what I wanted! I contacted them, they wanted a picture, I sent it. It wasn’t good enough for them. They said lighting wasn’t good and could I send another picture! I said No!! No responce!
