The freemium tier plans must be refreshed every 30 days even if the 10 GB provided is not used up. Suspended means that the account will still work but your speed is limited and you cannot change servers. Please log into your account on our website and refresh your gigs to lift the suspended state and add another 30-day cycle with 10 GB of transfer.

Not quite what I expected...
I use the "premium" service for primarily streaming live sport from the UK whilst travelling. Occasionally the streaming service identifies that a proxy is being used and denies access. When streaming is possible (most cases, to be fair) there are regular interruptions to the stream. Sometimes changing the server helps but there are only 2 UK proxy servers available, which severely limits options and viewing pleasure.

Not gonna recommend to my friends but people can try
It's slow and didn't get a good experience with their support and the supposedly "Money back guarantee".
I won't say their service is really bad but it's not up to my liking.

It is expected that you will lose some speed when connecting to a VPN due to the fact that you are adding encryption and additional stops on the route to your destination.
Make sure you are connecting to the server closest to your physical location for the best speed. Our server list is located here: https://app.privadovpn.com/server-list
OpenVPN (TCP) tends to be the slowest of the protocols that we offer, make sure you are using Wireguard, OpenVPN (UDP), or IKEv2 for the best throughput.
