I accidently typed the Wrong E-mail when i bought the VPN and the Help service where Quick to reply and help me. And the VPN also works Great and there are so Manu diffrent lokations to choose from.

Completely reliable VPN, been using PIA for years now. Frequently updated, has an excellent feature set and is easy to set up and use. A very wide range of VPN servers is offered, so there is always a good choice.

PIA's reliability is great. And I have a dedicated IP and anti-malware. All work great. I have been a customer for years and plan to continue to do so.
Only one draw back is maybe PIA VPN is not as good at blocking streaming platforms from recognizing my location and stopping feeds for outside the USA. Otherwise just excellent. Keep it up.

It simply works. Great selection of servers, and you usually get the same port on the same server for at least a few weeks with port forwarding enabled.

I have been using Private Internet Access for years! I mostly use it whenever I am either connecting to any public wifi or if I'm ever using any financial system and it just works great.

The best VPN I've used. I have tried and purchased plans for many VPN providers but PIA is but far the best of them all! The price is brilliant I've had a 3 year membership and about to renew, I have never experienced any issues or downtime. It has all the features I need e.g. multihop, VPN kill switch etc + I can use PIA with openvpn with my travel router. It has plenty of locations to connect to and the UI is very simple and easy to use, No unnecessary rubbish just plain secure vpn with unlimited connections. Cannot recommend it enough. 10/10 from me!

For the second time in 2 years, PIA took my payment as an 'auto-renew'; however, I do not allow auto-renews for ANY subscriptions. Once I sign, I immediately turn it off. I compare services before re-signing. PIA does not alert customers to upcoming payments, nor renewal dates, thus capturing their customers' money, rather than being transparent about billing. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because their customer service was fast and effective when dealing with my complaint.
