It took two months to receive my order.
Looks like what they’re doing is taking pictures out of magazines with expensive name brand clothing and having their own seamstress try to copy it. The clothes that I bought are 100% copies. Not even the same size that I ordered. SCAM!!!!!!!! I have emailed them 20 times asking for a return address NO HELP!!!

I ordered a dress with them ! Arrived 1 month later : different design and length, very poor material. No information available about return policy etc. Not worth the money and the time. STAY AWAY

I had ordered two outfits online. The description said that the material was “Silk”. It took more than a month to receive them and I am super disappointed to see that these outfits are made of some cheap synthetic fabric. There is no return address given. I would advise everyone NEVER to order from Soodress. It is a total FRAUD!!

Placed order and wish I had checked Trustpilot 1st! They sent order confirmation stating will be dispatched ASAP but a week later tracking link still says 'awaiting dispatch'. Tried to send email chase up but the email address provided does not work. I ordered via PayPal so checked my invoice and turns out this company is also 'soolinen' (already listed on Trustpilot and noted for having bogus reviews!)and email address they have given PayPal is bogus! So PayPal now sorting investigation and getting my money back! So once again lesson is don't touch China based companies until check Trustpilot and even then be cautious as China is putting false reviews on!

The dress they sent looked nothing like the dress in the photo on their website. It had similar material but instead of a long dress with a drop waist it fit more like a high waist and hit about 5 inches above my ankles so not long. I emailed multiple times but the only response was they could give me a 10% refund or a 30% giftcard. Sorry but I'm not buying anything from them again. The website says they provide return and refund services which is why I originally ordered from them. BUYER BEWARE!!

Purchased a blouse 10/5. Still waiting. No way to contact them. Am sadly assuming I’m out 50.00+ bucks. Very very frustrating. I AM learning! Don’t waste your time or money with this Vo.

Terrible costumer service, they mever respond, I ordered a jacket, took for ever and when arrived it was not at all as described. Beware don't buy from them!

I purchased from this website several months ago, and now I still get nothing and the customer service refuses to refund me! Far away from this brand, otherwise, you will lose both of your money and products!
