Could have packed the item, it is a Xmas present and pretty obvious what is being delivered

Came quickly, exactly as ordered

I purchased the wattsup espadon arrived in good time looks great only issue was after unpacking ready for a day on canal I couldn't remove the plastic protector for the fin. Not sure why this is placed into the fin base. Had to use a screwdriver and use force to remove.

Haven't used paddleboard yet but looks to be of good quality and was a great price for the kit which includes a pump and sturdy holdall. Would have been 5 stars but the order was initially acknowledged with no promised delivery date but after chasing up by email the paddleboard turned a day before I was told it would arrive. This in itself caused a problem as there was no one at home and the parcel was left on the doorstep. Thankfully a neighbour took it in. Yes, a very small niggle and ignoring that aspect I wouldn't hesitate to use SUP warehouse in the future because they clearly offer good VFM.

Easy to navigate site for a newbie paddleboarder. Great discounts so we brought 2! Our boards were dispatched and came within 4 days. We have used them on a little local lake and I even managed a headstand!

Really poor delivery - 2 days late. And when I asked about a technical feature on the SUP they genuinely didn't know the answer??? Shame really, you'd like they would know about these things.

Board arrived quickly and nicely packed. Opened it up and everything as expected. Happy with my board and having great fun using it

The online guide says it will take over 200kg. I am 90kg and the board struggles with my weight. I have given the board to my daughter.

Order placed on 2nd September only because I expected it to be delivered as stated on the website within 2 working days via 48 hour tracked delivery. Over a week later and tracking number is still saying “we are expecting your parcel”. Very disappointed and have sourced another life jacket from a more reliable company so therefore require a full refund.

Paddle board never arrived after weeks of waiting & chasing. No replacement offered, or option to buy another one of similar value, I was just told I'd been refunded.

There is no phone number for this company you have to email then there’s a delay in answering very often late on a Friday so nothing back until the Mon/Tue
When I placed my order it advised deliver 5/8/21
Didn’t actually receive it until 21/8/21 then just one advised second one will be two more weeks tried to make contact so we could change it for one in stock but out of blue arrived next day.
Very disappointed as our holiday was from the 10/8 to 22/8 hence we have only tried one for a day just hope the other one is ok until next on holiday.

If I’d realised how difficult it was to talk to anyone I would have gone elsewhere I checked they was a UK based company before I purchased but now realise you have to make sure they actually have a office with staff to help.
