Our first experience of using TaskHer was a great success. We’d built up a number of electrical repairs that needed doing and Shushan sorted everything out brilliantly. We are delighted with the finished work!

Easy to book and get a quote. Our job was allocated to Erin who did a range of small fixes with problem lights, installed extra sockets and fitted a cooker hood. This was a bit tricky as there hadn't been one there before but it's a really neat job and was all signed off under minor works. The Task Her website feels like a good platform for booking tradeswomen knowing they have been pre-checked.

The whole process was smooth - from booking through communications with my tradeswoman, to payment and review. It was wonderful to have a tradesperson explain the issue to me without condescension or waving my questions away. It will be my first port of call for future jobs!

We booked a plumber in London SE1via TaskHer - the booking process was seamless and very efficient. We were given a [very reasonable] quote and our plumber, Vikki, was excellent - easy to contact, arrived on time and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Really easy booking process, the fact you can narrow down what’s needed and include details and photos for the tradesperson saves a lot of time as they can come prepared. Payment, job breakdown and invoicing was super clear and simple too.

I used TaskHer to install some wall lights. Responsive customer service, the electrician was able to carry out the task earlier than scheduled and I was really pleased with the result. Would use TaskHer again.

We had a tradeswoman installing a new electrical socket. Fantastic service, quick and efficient.

We asked TaskHer to investigate and fix a leak from our toilet.

The plumber arrived on time, and diligently investigated the leak while explaining her process and keeping me informed throughout.

It was a refreshing experience to feel that I could just let her get on with the job and it would be done properly.

She also explained the knock on effects of the leak, and what we could expect next as the area dried.

I would wholeheartedly recommend TaskHer and will happily enlist their help again.

I've used TaskHer to find both a plumber and an electrician after moving house, both have been great, and I've experienced excellent service via the portal and in contact direct with TaskHer, who couldn't have been more helpful. On this occasion Vikki removed an old bath and installed a new bath, she was informative, helpful, polite and friendly, and the work was done to time and a very high standard. The support from TaskHer gives you reassurance when you book someone new, and I've had really positive experiences every time.

Fabulous with explaining everything and sorting out the wall lights.

She also very kindly sorted out a kitchen socket where an old kettle's plug couldn't be removed (for a few years) as one of the "legs" had fused inside the socket. That explains the sparks at the time

Rose was thorough and professional. I knew she'd do a good job before she started as she closed the front door behind her! I know! But recent tradesmen either haven't bothered on cold days, or asked if I wanted the door left open!

Just a huge thank you for a job well done.

Following on from disastrous and rude services from another large company, TaskHer was an easy and efficient booking system. Vikki was honest, kind and responsive after a plumbing disaster. New boiler and pipe work fixed. Email communication from TaskHer reassured the legitimacy of the transaction too.

Great platform for a single woman homeowner to gain trusted, non patronising advice for trades in their home.

Easy to use platform and great to be able to support tradeswomen. For so many reasons, this is something I can definitely get behind.

Booked in for my annual boiler service. Annaclaire was thorough in her service, bled my radiators and even checked my gas meter. Above and beyond for a boiler service compared to what you usually get when you book through other services.

My Taskher plumber, Catherine, was brilliant. She communicated everything really clearly and she did a thorough and tidy job. This was my first time using Taskher and I will definitely do so again.

So simple to book someone. The online platform was simple and clear, you provide details of what you want fixing, with pictures, when you’re free and they match you up with someone who is available - the whole booking process was straight forward and quick.
Vikki messaged me with a two hour slot the night before and then let me know when she was half an hour away. She fixed the initial issue quickly and proficiently.

I love the concept of TaskHer, and have been waiting for the opportunity to use their services! Luckily, the day finall came and all was great. I got immediate support to book from TaskHer when requested, and heard quickly from a qualified plumber, Wendy Gill. Wendy got in touch personally to discuss the issue, and was not only very amiable but knowledgeable. We scheduled, Wendy arrived on time, the work was done and payment was transparent and easy. Really pleased, and very happy to have TaskHer to help recommend trusted plumbers.

I had a small plumbing job. The plumber, Vikki, did an efficient and competent job and was polite and tidy. I would definitely use again. I only didn’t give 5 stars because the original appointment was moved on the day - but this is not unusual in my experience and Clair at Trust Her customer service was very helpful in making sure the job was done.
