Ordered from New Zealand 21/11/23, took payment and received email to say order received. No further communication. Emailed multiple times in reply to their email and through the contact me button on their website, no response. Even got a cousin to call who lives in UK, rings but rings off with no option to leave message. Seeking refund from my VISA company and have emailled them twice to tell them that. AVOID!!!!!!

Ordered part and payment taken. Nothing received and no dispatched email. No one answers phone or emails so will have to get a refund via my bank. Avoid.

Update on my experience.
Raised the issue with my bank and with ActionFraud. Phone call from the bank at lunchtime. They are going to refund me and attempt to get the money back from AutoElectrical.
Then, surprise surprise I get an email from AutoElectrical saying the part was on backorder so have organised a refund.

13 Sept Letter to bank and ActionFraud

As per all the previous reviews, take your money and then nothing, won’t answer phone calls or emails. Paid via PayPal so will chase for a refund.

SCAMMERS. Wish I'd read this site first. Took my money, no answer on the landline, zero response from emails.

Website looks legitimate with prominent use of Lucas branding.. They will take your money, send you an e-mail to confirm and that is it.. nothing will be delivered.
No response to calls / email or their own 'contact us' form.
Have advised Lucas that their brand and logo are being misused hopefully they will take action to shut the site down.

Absolute scam, I wished I'd found these reviews before ordering.

Placed an order, as all the others here have said - confirmation received then NOTHING.

Don't respond to calls, emails or eBay messages if you ordered direct on their website, the company doesn't seem to legitimately exist, I ended up having to dispute the transaction and was lucky enough to be refunded by my card company after supplying all evidence of calls/emails.

I will try to contact Lucas to make them aware of this resellers activity and will be reporting to Action Fraud.

We ordered some alternator capacitors from their website - a part that seems to be rare and not available elsewhere, as we needed them quickly for one of our customers. We paid for the items and delivery on their site, got an order confirmation email with reference number, their website says items should be delivered within 2 days but it's been 2 weeks, and several emails and unanswered phone calls later we've heard NOTHING from them and can only assume we'll never see the items. Now after looking online and finding these reviews I can conclude the company is a SCAM - they used to have good reviews about 2-4 years ago, but now it's all bad and they don't even exist on Google, so either they've gone bust or they're a scam. We've lost £50 and wasted a lot of time looking for the items. Terrible for business, now attempting to get a refund via the bank. AVOID.

Edit; There's something very odd about this company. Their EBAY site has 1200+ items and a glowing feedback. The site lists a Mr David Millington of Kineton, CV35 0JH. The site has the same layout as the online one which has a dreadful score on TP. All very odd.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Total scam. Yes the website looks good, prices are good, you even get an order confirmation. But then it all ends. No response to emails or calls, and no delivery. AVOID

Robbed! Placed an order March 21 2023, had confirmation email, no further contact. Have emailed, used contact form and have telephoned multiple times per day. Now 17 April. £66.47 basically stolen.

Scammers! This is potentially a huge fraud! Websites and Ebay contain a huge number of adverts for parts, this site confirms their modus operendii, take the money, telephone rings out, emails to customer service or the mysterious Mr David Millington are ignored. Yet they are operating in clear site. Trying to contact Ebay but failing badly. If anyone lives close to Unit 1 Lodge Farm, Kineton, call round first, the to the cop shop!

Ordered and paid for parts on their web site 3rd April received order confirmation but nothing since. They do not answer phone or respond to emails.

I made an order and paid it, then no news of the seller, since 15 days…I sent 2 emails for claiming and no reply….very very bad seller

Regularly ordered up to 2021. Tried this time and not good.
Placed an order and they took card payment in February, got an email response to say order processing and they would advise on delivery dates. Heard nothing more.
Tried ringing but it cuts you off, tried emailing but they dont answer, tried their contact form on the website but again absolutely nothing.
Have now approached my bank who are taking up disputing the transaction.

This So called Company is a scam! Please do not deal with them, they will take payment, send you an e mail to say your order has been received and that is the last you will hear from them.

" contact seller " facility worked for me with refund received immediately. A pity as their website looks good but original order not received nor response to subsequent online query. Looks like it is better to purchase via eBay rather than their website as their reviews are good ?
