This company is fraudulent, do not use them. They took my money and didn’t send my order. I cancelled it and have tried phoning and emailing. Going to credit card co to dispute payment. A complete scam.

ordered a kit of them on ebay was told it would be sent by royalmail48 that was ordered 7 days ago was told it was dispatched the day after ordering still not received and not getting any response from the seller despite messaging on Facebook ebay email and phone AVOID THIS SCAMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS update they called and said they had no idea we're our kit had gone and blamed dpd and would send a new one out to be delivered within 2 days that never showed up and the tracking number they sent was fake and have now blocked us on messaging

Ordered parts & paid, received email same day to say unable to supply and order status changed to refunded.
Have never received refund, no response to email or phone. Currently trying to reclaim through bank..

I wish I had read these reports before I wasted my money.
I have read this has been going on for years, why have the authorities not done something about these scammers!!!
Please do not waste your money like I did.

Orderd parts,got an e,mail giving me an order number and telling me they would tell me when they will dispatched.No reply back looking at the feedback looks like they atr scammers

Auto Electrical Spares UK are thieves and scammers!!! Ordered from these clowns in January. Part didn't arrive. Have emailed 4 times, no reply. SCAMMERS who take your money and don't send goods. Just look at all the other negative feedback

Not returning calls.. or emails
placed and paid for two orders .. not received the goods
Heard he's winding the business down.. he should at least put this info on his website so people do not get swindled out of money.

Appalling service, dodgy site

Same experience as many other users - placed an order, nothing arrived.

Scam, avoid... Payed, got nothing. Raised dispute over pay pal and got just 20% back. AVOID

Ordered an item just under a week ago expecting delivery in 2-3 days. No delivery 6 days later and so tried to call - no answer. I checked on this website for previous reviews and saw that there are a number of other people with the same complaint, but who have waited much longer. I managed to find a contact number for the owner of the farm which is given as the address, and he told me that although he does have a tenant in that unit, it is not Auto Electrical Spares. This is obviously a fraudulent company and I will now be reporting to Action Fraud and Trading Standards.

I am only leaving 1 star as I can't leave none. Same experience as MANY other reviewers. Placed an order, no goods, no answer to phone calls or emails. SCAM company.

Ordered goods in October, tried to cancel in November, no reply to e-mail or phone, goods have arrived today 23/12/21.
They obviously have a problem and if they answered the phone or e-mail we might be able to work with them.

I must agree with the other comments. I received an acknowledgement that my order had been posted but it never arrived. There were no replies to emails and no answering of telephone calls. I had paid with PayPal, so raised the case with them. I was then refunded.

Avoid this company at all costs!
Goods never arrived, had to claim money back from PayPal.
This company was OK in the past, but now it cannot be trusted.

DO NOT send them any money they are scammers.

One star due to not being able to select none. Found out to late that I have just placed cash down the drain. Ordered parts four weeks ago and you’re ahead of me. Yep no goods, unable to contact them and no money.

Ordered and paid several parts in August still waiting for arrival, nobody is picking up the phone or is replying regarding e-mails, this is criminal !!

These guys are con artists. You won't get your order and you won't be able to contact them. They should be shut down and prosecuted.

Ordered some headlamps 2 weeks ago. Despite them saying the goods have been despatched nothing arrived. nobody answers when called and no response from emails. Absolutely disgusting... Fraud department now involved.

Utterly appalling service. Having placed an order for a Smiths voltage regulator an automated response confirmed that the order had been received. The cost of the item was deducted from my bank account two days later.A week later I have heard nothing. There is no answer when you telephone and no response to any emails.
Do not order from this company, it is a scam. I am taking appropriate action with my bank and trading standards.
