A shame there’s no zero or negative star rating…..
Exactly the same problem as everyone else - ordered and paid for an item two months ago had the order confirmed and since then nothing - phones and then cuts off
Assume this is incompetence as they appear transparent - address on the convincing website etc
So a Small Claims Court claim is next step - very boring and reassuringly unusual these days I think
AN UPDATE! 17.12.22 - I’ve left quite a strong comment about this situation via their eBay seller contact page and have had an immediate offer of a refund! We shall see - maybe embarrassing them on the bay is the answer?

Total SCAMMER took the money and then total silence. Looks like a familiar story once I started looking for reviews. 3 months in even with Royal Mail issues I would have expected delivery. Avoid at all costs!!! I hope Karma gets them

Ordered some parts, no problem, nice Website and in stock. Order confirmed via email but that was it.
No parts sent and can't get any contact. Had to get my money refunded.

After nearly three weeks since placing the order and still no delivery date, and numerous emails, of which none were answered, I eventually gave up and asked PayPal to get involved for a refund. Which thankfully I received.

Their communication is non existent.
Zero customer service.

This is the second time it’s happened so it is obviously a cultural problem the company has.

The first time I thought it was the pandemic but no!

Twice bitten, thrice shy! I won’t even try using them again.

Ordered some parts 2 weeks ago, their website said they were in stock. I've been trying to contact them for last 10 days via phone, email and website. I just assumed they were a small business on holiday or something. Now that I have read other reviews, I have changed my opinion. Fortunately, I was only after a cheap part and will pursue via credit card company

Total Scammers . Avoid like the plague. Just been caught myself . Absolutely no communication after initial email either by email or phone. Run a mile.

Absolutely useless, no contact by phone, no email return, parts on order now for over 4 weeks.
Totally shambolic, avoid at all costs, £20.48 out of pocket.
Has asked me do I want a refund as he has no stock - even though his website is saying he has stock, that was last week, still waiting for the money! BEWARE!
It's now 7 days since I requested a refund for goods ordered 27th September.
Have contacted PAYPAL.

Ordered parts , got email saying they would reply with delivery details , NOTHING , many emails sent ,phone calls made , no replies ,phone not answered , wasted almost two weeks waiting for parts , ABSOLUTE RUBBISH !
Can't put less stars ,but customer service doesn't warrent one star

Took money via website month later still no goods, paid via paypal and have opened dispute claim and also reported company to trading standards.

Ordered a single item which was never received. Contacted by email to request an update and received no response. Followed up requesting a refund as item has still not been received and had no response. Contacted them again to inform them I would be taking action to claim my money back. Surprisingly had no response. Would urge anyone to avoid ordering from here. There are other vendors out there that don’t steal your money

Absolute a scam. The people behind this site should be ashamed of themselves and the company should be taken down in it’s entirety. If it’s genuine, it’s run so badly that I doubt the people in charge are smart enough to breathe without assistance - and if they’re not genuine they deserve criminal charges if the other reviews are like my experience! AVOID! REPORT!

I ordered some vehicle bulbs from this company and 12 days later, not only had I not received them, but I hadn’t even received a dispatch confirmation. In the meantime, three emails to the company were unanswered. I have now opened a dispute case with PayPal and will hopefully receive a refund.
Save yourself a lot of hassle by NOT using this company, they are either scammers or a complete shambles.

Like all the other reviews on here, same experience. Placed an order 4 weeks ago, payed via Paypal and then nothing happened. No shipment and no further confirmation / email about my order. I tried to contact them via email 4 times and several attempts via phone and no response whatsoever. In the end I had to contact Paypal in order to get my money back as they still wouldn’t respond to anything. Fortunately I now received a refund from Paypal. This site is a total scam and please avoid it at all costs!!!

Same story to report. Parts ordered, don't arrive and no response to email or telephone calls. Thankfully they did not take any money.

Total shambles I’ve used this company before with no issue. Now they’ve taken my money and won’t respond. Have now asked my credit card company to assist

Do Not use this company, were good few years ago, but now very bad

Ordered a part through their web page, and paid for. Never received the part and company not replying my mail.

Same as many people on here, ordered item over 3 weeks ago, still nothing has turned up and not holding my breath, it’s a shame as used this company a number of times in the past and they’ve been ok, they don’t answer phone or respond to emails, shall never order from them again
