I hadn't received parts I ordered from them after 5 weeks, so contacted their customer service. They told me that not only had they not shipped them, but they never had them in stock (even though their website showed stock for both items). When I told them my customer's car was off the road, they'd been waiting weeks for the parts and that this is appalling service they told me to F*** OFF! Don't deal with these incompetent clowns.

Dreadful. Online ordering system processes quickly and promises delivery in a few days. Then nothing happens until you badger them for parts or a refund. No way to run a business. Avoid at all costs.

I didn't realise that when ordering from these, I was in fact ordering from a superior being..... Ordered a part one weekend, all good, confirmation emails telling me order recieved, order paid for, great! States 1st class delivery before and after paying. No sign of it by Friday, so sent an email asking when I could expect delivery, which I didn't think was an unreasonable thing to ask. Got this reply the following Monday: "oh dear sorry i took payment for a order before you received it, refunded in full regards AES". And then, like a mardy hormonal teenager, he blocks your email address.
Checking his website, suddenly it's out of stock. He couldn't just tell me that and say "there's a delay" or whatever, just very rude and unprofessional.
I don't advise buying anything from him unless you want the same treatment.
I buy a hell of a lot of electrical items and this was my first and last order from auto electrical spares
