you just need to make sure correct documentation is sent as i had to wait 4 weeks for my goods because of customs issues

I recently purchased some shoes online and used Click & Collect to have them delivered to my local store. I bought them on a Sunday evening and although I had no text confirmation telling me that they had arrived at store, on Friday I went in to double check since I desperately wanted them for that coming weekend. I was told that they hadn't arrived yet and would probably be due to arrive on the Sunday delivery.

The next week came, and I waited and waited for my text confirmation to tell me they were ready to collect but it never came. On the Wednesday (10 days after I had placed my order), I decided to ring the store as this delivery time was way outside the recommend 3 -5 working days advertised on the BANK website. To my surprise, I was told that my order was waiting in the store and the woman apologised for me having not received a text to tell me. Who knows how long it had been there for!

I ordered online and requested delivery to a local store.
I received confirmation email stating delivery is very quick to stores so orders can't be changed. Great I thought.
Over a week it took to get delivered to the store, I emailed customer services who said we will send a text when it's been delivered to store. How does that help me or find out what happened to my order. I sent more emails and they did not respond till after I had the clothes and they sent an email saying out records show you have collected your stuff .
Very unsatisfied with the delivery to the store option. If this was stated before hand I would have had a chance to decide for myself.

Items always arrive when expected (if not earlier)! I have not bought anything for my son that he didn't like or didn't fit so no need to return either.

Received order after one week. Returned via collect plus & only refunded my for 2 out of 3 returned items. Claiming that's all they got back. Bank or collect plus will not refund & now having to go through mastercard. Bank not willing to speak to a supervisor / manager & does not return calls.

Lovely boot's like sippers on your feet, great value for money, can be worn dressed up or down. quick postage I would recommend buying from this company as there web site is so easy to use

Awful I never received the dress I ordered

Good quality cool boyfriend's jeans. Was looking for this one perfect pair for a while. Perfect fit for size 8, wanted them a bit loose and they're exactly what I expected. Recommend!

Great easy use on line from basket to checkout, great comma and suicide than expected delivery. Great, quality items ad always and better for getting them in sale.

Good delivery can collect in store options. Value for money

They always have the latest trends in store and online. Great prices. Customer service in store is superb.

I have always had confidence in BANk to provide good service and they do!

I made other purchases from theese people and I have always been happy.

HI, I wasn't very happy with the service from Bank, I ordered an item and paid for next day delivery as I really needed the item, it never came the next day and they said I would be refunded the delivery charge but getting that back was like getting blood from a stone e-mails back and forth I eventually got the delivery charge back but it was just so stressful trying to sort it out!! I love the clothes from bank so will order again I just hope it was a one off.

I received the wrong item - I wasn't that fussed about this but it's the service afterwards that angered me! No response to emails and it took 2 weeks for me to receive my refund, for a dress I never received in the first place! Won't be using Bank ever again!

Bank website is really easy to use, the service and delivery is quick,
Also having the option of having your parcel delivered to a local store is convenient.
My only small niggle is that when you get your order confirmation, it says they will e-mail
When the order has been despatched, this did not happen on my last order so did not
know it was on its way.
