Fast delivery, an all good

The item I ordered arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured, although I think the sizing is slightly smaller than expected.

Ordered a jacket on the 30th of March. Emailed on the 4th as company had not contacted me, nor dispatched order. Logged on to cancel the order on the 6th to find the order was finally dispatched on the 5th. Still have not received a confirmation email from them or a response to my initial enquiry on the 4th. Would not purchase from them again.

My son loved the jacket purchased especially as it was in the sale. Modern up to date clothes.

My shoes arrived really quickly, great not having to pay for p & p. Love my purchase wear them as much as possible!

I ordered a few shirts, teeshirts and jeans from the website because we didn't have the stock in store.

The stock arrived within 3 days (3-5 working days is promised so that's as good as you can ask for really!). I put on the jeans, and the bottom button popped as I put them on, as I buttoned them up fully the top button burst. They were also slightly tight but not enough to pop buttons hah! It was probably just a faulty pair but I wouldn't have kept them anyway for the size.

I had paid for them on the website without using my discount as they were on sale, so the manager of the store had no idea I was a staff member. My mother returned the items and got money back with no fuss. The money was back in my account in 3 days.

The ONLY problem I have with the website (the same as every other clothes websites) is that... for example... I am a 36 waist jean, one pair of 36's from Jack Jones fits me perfectly and has plenty of space to be comfortable while the other 36's are like a second layer of skin... It would be better to get the actual size of what they are, instead of what they brand "says" they are, but this is just clothes shopping for you nowadays!

As a consumer I say the customer service and quickness of the process was as good as I expect it to be, however the same label size of different products vary a lot, and it's something I'd seriously look into.

I usually purchase things from Bank that are on sale, as I always find my size and the clothes are very good quality. On my recent purchase, I actually decided to send my order to my nearest store as opposed to have home delivery and it arrived within a few days of my purchase. All the items were received and I'm very happy with my clothes. I will always use Bank as I know I can rely on their fashion to look good.

I am from Russia. Placed an order for the first time, January 26, 2014. And so far I have not received your parcel. Shipping is paid, but the track number is not assigned! No track numbers Russian Post can not find my parcel! If she did not come, I hope I get a refund.

i couldnt collect an item id had ordered due to illness, i contacted the store to ask if my daughter could collect if she took my proof of purchase along with my I.D and her id stating we both lived at the same address, The manager point blank refused this. I called customer services and the guy on the telephone said its the managers discretion and he cannot make the store manager change her mind and that it was up to her!! what is the point of having a customer services helpline for customers if they cannot help us anyway???? needless to say the item got returned refunded and i will not be shopping from there in the future!!! poor communication poor service poor customer relations very disappointed

Only objection is length of time for delivery to home. Item despatched Monday didn't arrive until Thursday, still within 3-5 working days standard delivery but really??? I think the courier may well have dragged their heels. Otherwise reputable products, which wash and wear very well.

I went into the store to return my dress. I was told that it had gone past its 14 days. No it has not I replied back to the Manager. I received it 12 days ago. Well you could have drop the parcel off at a collection point. No I could not as I could not print off the label. The label is in the bag, he said to me. Where is it, I asked. He then stuck a piece of paper into my face. That is not a returns label I said to him. He then told me that I was not getting my £58 back. Right, I replied I will phone customer services. You do that then, he said.
I rang customer service, the lady was not helpful at all. Told me the manager was correct. She had rang the store and he told her I had had it 15 days. I said I had not and under good customer service would they not want to keep my custom as it is the first time I had shopped with them. No she said the manager was right and she was standing by him.
I hung up on her. Went into the text messages on my phone to find the Hermes text telling me that my parcel was being delivered. That was sent 12 days ago. I rang back to customer services and spoke to a male. He took the reciept/order number. I told him about my text message. He checked my details while I was on the phone. I was using my mobile and it was not a free call. He then came back to me and said that I was right. I was within date to return the item. He rang the store to speak to the manager. He then rang me back to let me know I could take the item back for my refund. We got cut off as I lost signal. I was stood outside the Bank Store in the Highcross Centre in leicester when the Manager called me in. He said that it was a company error as items are sent out for next day delivery. I said no they are not my email said despatched in 4 days. No it would not have he replied but as a good will jester I will do the refund for you. I said that I am 52 years old and have been in retail for 36 years. The best thing he could have done was listen and ask details from the customer. He said that it is only a goodwill jester that he is doing. Well it is not I replied. He tried to sell me a replacement which I declined. I said that my first experiance was my last. Then left really annoyed as I told him I have an hour to wait for my bus now. If you could manage your store better I would have been on my way home by now.

I liked this denim trousers very much, I was dubious at first because they had a leopard print but they look great on, very flattering.

I was very impressed with Bank fashion, having never used them before I wasn't sure what to expect, so I was delighted to see that my order had arrived much quicker than expected. Excellent product with fantastic service, I would highly recommend Bank Fashion to anyone.

Order was placed on The Bank website, after i week i received an email and text stating that my order was in store ready for collection. I went into store that evening to collect my order only to be advised that it hadnt been received and to call the next day to see if my order had been received. I called the store the next day to be told again that my order had still not been received. I left this 2 more days and then went back into the store who advised that my order had not been received as it had been cancelled, i was told by the manager that my order had not gone through as "someone may of ordered the same items as you just before you had and that the webiste doesnt update"!!!!??? This made no sense to me so i emailed Bank to find out what had happened with my order, i received a reply 4 days later advising that my order was in store and that it was ready for collection??? I then went back in the store with this email advising that my order should be in store, they then advised that they had received it 2 days prior but hadnt let me know this.

My first experience with using Bank online was awful and i will not be doing this again, i have never received such bad customer service before.

When I initially went in store I asked a young guy for some help with footwear, he was a bit useless. However, this was forgotten when I went to the young lady at the till! Full of enthusiasm, extremely friendly and helpful. I managed to get everything I wanted and even extra items ordered in for me, I've gone back since and just head straight for the amazing sales assistant. She should be the manager!!

Having shopped in bank fashion since it arrived at my local shopping mall i have had a fantastic shopping experience each time. The staff are very friendly and do anything they can to help you. One particular member of staff helped me complete an outfit i was looking for. I even have my mum shopping there now!!

Sometimes bank have good quality clothing and other times the clothes look cheap & tacky.I often only buy sale items because I think a lot of items are over priced for what they are.The sizing can be out so we often have to try on before buying,otherwise it's quite often a trip to return to the bank store & the item doesn't not always look as pictured online when delivered which means further trips to the store.
