Our visit was great Angela in Braintree store was so helpful and really knows her products. We were just making enquiries but ended up with a TV bed /mattress plus another complete bed frame with headboard. We are hoping that when our orders arrive they match the quality service she gave us.

Very good service from beginning to end with professionalism and friendliness throughout and the most important thing was that we never once felt as if we were being bothered by the staff or pushed into something that we did not want.
The Salesman Gavin was absolutely great and we would definitely go back to see him again when we need another mattress.

Bensons for Beds once again made the choosing, ordering and delivering of two new beds so easy. Great beds, mattresses and head boards. What a great company too.

I visited the Bolton store a few times, friendly store staff, available for questions and information.
I ended up ringing to place my order and having realised I missed a good offer on my chosen bed frame by 48 hours I was offered a goodwill 10% off which was very much appreciated.

Bed delivered with wrong size slats after contacting customer services we got a what’s app message with new ref number for replacement slats . No confirmation on delivery date. In the meantime I have no bed to sleep on. I would have expected the correct parts to be sent the next day but when I rung customer services was told it needs to go through planning but they could send me an airbed 😡 really not impressed with this service.

The delivery guys were awesome! They put together the bed and mattress, but I’m only rating 4 stars because I had to put together the dresser and sofa bed. I had assumed having delivery meant that they would build all the things delivered. Otherwise though it was a great experience!

I was greeted by Robert when entering the store and he was available to help and very knowledgeable about the products, and what would be best for my 2 kids. He has a good way about him, knows his stuff and isn't pushy - something others places are. Got me sorted, advised on all the products and additional items needed and left me happy with my purchase

Brilliant service from Rachel. She wasn’t pushy, but really helped us to choose the right bed. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company and Cannock in particular. Thank you for giving us such a special experience.

We have recently purchased an ottoman bed and mattress for our adult daughter. We went to Guildford our local branch and dealt with John. His knowledge on the beds, mattresses etc was unbelievable. He listened to what we wanted and why and then was able to guide us through what would best suit our budget. Great experience and will definitely return to buy a new mattress from him in the future.

Ruby at the Keighley store was really lovely and helpful! Was quick and easy and I can’t wait for my mattress.

The buying process was fine, very helpful salesman at the York Bensons for Beds. The mattress so far is fine too, although it did have a grubby mark on it, but that wiped off. The reason for 2 stars is due to the dreadful customer service afterwards. We noticed after delivery some chipped paint on the stair post, so we went back to the shop and were given an email address to send photos to, and a phone number to call. The salesman said we would get some compensation. So we sent photos, got an acknowledgement, and a day later called to follow up. No answer, and we gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes. Sent a follow-up email but no response. It's now been over a week (7 working days to be precise) and their auto reply said they would respond in 3 working days.

The other point to raise is the ridiculous amount of emails they send out post purchase confirming the order, 'counting down' to bed delivery day, then afterwards, asking for feedback, sending supposed helpful advice. It's verging on harassment. It's a pity they can't put their effort into dealing with the delivery problems I've raised instead.

Great staff in the Team Valley store. Delivery was as planned and on time. The delivery guys were friendly and fast. Old mattress out and new mattress installed all in 5 minutes. Brilliant service.

Timm was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing us all the beds that fitted our criteria, and then with the purchase was helpful and thorough.

Easy transaction. Kept me well informed. Delivery on time.
