Good communication. Very thorough overall a very positive experience.

I am staying in Bromley for several months. My new Phonak hearing aids were fitted in NZ two months ago. I was having issues with one Phonak Hearing aid so I sought help from the Boots Bromley Hearing team. I was willing to pay to have the troublesome hearing aid checked and cleaned. However, the audiologist allocated to meet with me was unhelpful and unsympathetic. She called up the Boots rules on her computer and refused to help me unless I agreed to pay an annual service fee of £500. I found the Boots Ear Health area to be an empty and unattractive place to visit and there was zero interest in helping solve my fairly minor hearing aid problem. So, instead I visited Amplifon Hearing in Bromley Centre. There I was greeted with professional and friendly help. My hearing aid was quickly cleaned. I purchased a drying kit at a reasonable price and I was on my way within ten minutes with my problem solved. I throughly recommend Amplifon Hearing to everyone. I would recommend Boots Hearing Clinic to no-one!

The Hearing specialist Binazir, made the whole experience. From the initial tests, fittings and final purchase her kind and courteous manner prevailed throughout. Extremely satisfied with the care and support provided by Binazir.

Lee Barrington was brilliant, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the girl who I spoke to when arriving first time didn’t book me in so I had to wait 15 minutes past the appointment time. I mentioned this to her the second time and she just shrugged and giggled. Not good for first impressions at all. However, the brilliance of Lee convinced me to stay with you.

My choice of product had to be ordered in but was quickly available and fitted to suit my availability.

From the moment I sat down to the moment I left I felt welcomed and comfortable, gave me all the information I needed and explained everything properly with no confusions.

This is my second pair of Phonak hearing aids from Boots. I’ve gone with Boots again because I have found that their service has been consistently excellent. I have been looked after by several Audiologists in that time and they have all been courteous, knowledgeable and genuine. Nafisah is my current specialist and she has been first-class taking whatever time has been necessary to get my new HAs working perfectly.

I would like to thank Paula at the Martlesham store for her care and attention to detail regarding my fathers hearing test. He has been to other places, but this was the first time that a properly detailed check that pinpointed his severe hearing problems has been done. Paula was excellent in every respect, both knowledgable and friendly, very customer oriented. Although we did not purchase today, we will definately be back in the near future.

The hearing assessment was thorough, the outcomes and what they meant for my health and wellbeing fully explained.

Based upon my full assessment data it was matched to the correct hearing aid appliance that would benefit me the most.

I had the opportunity to actually try these hearing aids out, the instant difference it made to my hearing was startling.

Although in the end I decided the aids I tried were not for me, the service from Lauren was second to none.
She went out of her way to get them to work for me and when I decided to return the aids, she was just as helpful.

Great experience from start to finish, I genuinely didn’t think my hearing had deteriorated so much.my audiologist was charming and knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the process. I’m flabbergasted at the results. I can now hear so many different sounds that I’d missed. I can now navigate a busy restaurant and have a proper conversation with my wife. Brilliant, life changing, I should have done it years ago!
