Dreams - Warrington Reviews 

Once again, Dreams Warrington has 100% exceeded all expectations! We've bought before, and because we had such a great experience last time, we decided to return to make another purchase. We were greeted on arrival, but not pounced on, and were made very welcome with coffees and drinks for my kids. Me and my wife had a look at some bedframes while the very helpful staff helped my little lads find their perfect mattresses using the sleepmatcher machine thing. They even gave them a pillow each to try out some of the mattresses (which my missus found so cute). Every member of staff working that day was fantastic and patient. Top quality service. Big shout out Dee and Kieren for making the whole process so simple and easy, and manager Richard for keeping my children entertained while we settled up. 10/10 once again

Marife was helpful & concise

Kieren was absolutely amazing with me and my daughter who is autistic. He was patient and spoke to her about her preferences as the bed is for her. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Excellent communication, polite staff and helped with what I was looking for

I was served by Sean who was kind and patient from when I walked into the store in Warrington.
He offered me a drink which I thought was lovely.
He gave me all the details about the mattresses and the beds.
Sean never once pushed me to buy a particular mattress or bed which was lovely because I felt that he was listening to me.

The gentleman who greeted us was polite, and immediately asked us if he could help us, and offered us a drink. He then went on to explain the product we had come to look at, and then we asked him to leave us to make up our own mind, but was always available, for our questions. Eventually when we had made up our minds he was ready go through the process of purchasing. All the time he was very professional and knew the products well.

We entered not being sure of what we needed. Kieran was our advisor in the Warrington store and he was brilliant. We left very happy with our purchase and felt that we were given all the time and advice needed.

The staff were very attentive and patient in explaining each mattress and pillow in detail. They also offered complimentary drinks, including water, tea and coffee. Overall, it was a great shopping experience!

The staff were very friendly and not pressurising at all, showed us different options for different budgets and offered refreshments throughout. The whole experience was excellent and we took our time so know we got the right mattress.

We had excellent advice and service from the guys in Warrington yesterday.

Will definitely return next time we need any Tempur product.

I was looked after by Dee who was amazing! I went in the day before purchasing my bed as I had no idea what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the perfect direction. Her customer service was excellent and I am very happy with everything ive got for my first home!
