Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Expert in store advice. Pleasant, helpful and made me fully aware of all deals. Genuine focused customer service. Kept informed of delivery time and what to expect. Men who collected old mattress and delivered the new one were excellent. Very respectful of the property, no fuss, pleasant and polite.

I had a great experience at the Warrington branch. Kieren was my server and he was brilliant—patient, attentive, and happy to answer every question I had. It made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Fantastic customer service all around! Would definitely recommend.

The first mattress we chose was totally unsuitable, as I couldn't actually get into bed. I am disabled, and it was too high

Speedy, efficient, helpfull
From purchase to delivery, I found the process simple and easy.
I was always made aware of what different options would mean, what I would gain, and the affordability of the costs and payment methods. It felt like a tailored experience for an important purchase.
In terms of delivery it was just as good; I opted for a mattress removal of my old one and they obliged. On the day, I was given a courtesy call about the possibility of delivery being early and if that was okay -- it was, and after a quick and easy swap, I had a new bed and my old was taken away.
The bed itself has been fantastic after having the old one for so long. The cooling covers and pillow has been a godsend, and the foam surface of the mattress has been wonders on my back.
Very satisfied with my patronage with Dreams.

Initially a good experience buying our mattress, the store manager was great. Went back for some pillows on a Saturday morning and not a smile to be seen, no welcome, lacklustre help and smelt of energy drinks. Topped off with a few cocky and sarcastic looks from a young girl behind the desk, we went next door and had a much better time in Dunelm where we made our purchases.

Quick & easy process. Bed delivered in just over a week. Ordered a bed in kit form, to ensure getting it upstairs. Fitted together by Dreams guys for a fee. But all good.
