Helpful and nothing too much trouble today

Kai provided an excellent service. He replaced the water cylinder but also identified some other minor issues that he then dealt with. Professional, polite and would absolutely recommend.

Diagnosed the problem, sorted it out and was willing and engaging throughout

Very easy and simple to contact and arrange a call out.
The engineer phoned to say he was on his way and arrived within 30 minutes.
The engineer quickly identified the source of the problem and acted immediately to remedy it.
The engineer advised on every aspect of the situation and completed the job to my satisfaction. He was very approachable and explained how to act on future problems.

Brilliant service from booking to completion .I initially used the online booking form but as I was looking for a specific time frame I wasn't able to so called direct &spoke to a person.The issue wasn't strictly an emergency so I was happy to wait for a couple of days .An appointment was booked.for two days later.I did then receive a call from AHand plumbing who said there was a possibility of that day appointment however that didn't materialize but not an issue as I had the booking for a couple of days later.The plumber who came was lovely &said he would be back the next day he gave me a quote which I was happy with he came back at the time he said he would completed the job very professional in his work so very very pleased with the company &employee thankyou.Also the job actually came in less than the quoted price so all in all excellent &would always recommend Dyno rod for any job in the plumbing department

The engineer was on time, polite and friendly . He explained exactly what the job entails. He had to reroute the leaking cold mains pipes upstairs. Took a lot less time than first thought. Great job, left everything clean and tidy.
