quite disappointed
For my next phone i am gonna try a different company. They took almost 2 months and several emails to process my phone and ended up deducting 63 € from the original offer of 180. My phone was in top condition and they said it looked ”heavily used” + they did not even provide evidence. I expected more and am quite disappointed. In the end I took the offer because it is just a hassle to get it back and send it somewhere else.
