Don't switch to them
If you want to switch to them and move your number then it won't be smooth. You won't get your number set up for a week after they said it would be done!! Customer service will promise it will be done by a certain date and then won't. Then you contact them again and they won't do anything about and give you a new date of when it will be done. First time using them and I'm really disappointed. The app keeps kicking me out, the data isn't working properly but probably as they haven't sorted the bloody number out. When the contract ends then I will be moving back to someone else. Also kept having no Signal or data not working when I apparently have 4G. Rubbish so far

Great service
Aidan and Stef offered me a great service. I originally went in to purchase a new phone. While I was there they looked at my accounts, of which turned out to be out of contract, they were able to give me a discount, bringing my bills down a bit. They were very professional and friendly, an asset to Three.
