ordered nearly £1000 worth of quartz tiles from Tiles HQ and their sister company Tile Magic, both orders had issues such as no stock and delivering the wrong tile size. I payed extra for next day delivery as the tiles were urgently needed to finish the bathroom, they delivered the tiles in the wrong size which put the project behind and on delay. I was only refunded half of the delivery costs for next day delivery as a goodwill gesture. Won't be ordering from any of your companies in the future.

ordered 50m2 of tiles and as advised by the TileHQ website we didn't book my tiler until the tiles had arrived. when i had the tiler start a few days later he discovered some of the tiles had been damaged in delivery (one pack all cracked) TileHQ refused to replace them stating in there T&C it says I have to check all the tiles within 48 hours of delivery, which is ridiculous as I couldn't unbox 30 boxes of tiles just to check them as this is more likely to cause damage, I would expect the tiler to check them as they are used. I have now had to order 5 more tiles at £15 each to replace the broken ones.

would not use them again even after talking on the phone and seeing that I had spent over £10,000 with them in the last year they would still not help by replacing the tiles.

Awful customer service not at all loyal to their customer, I will not be using them again purely down to this order. although the tiles are good quality and reasonably priced not worth the hassle if they turn up damaged.

Tiles arrived faulty and tile hq have fobbed us off at every opportunity and now blame us that we "bent" the tiles. Rubbish customer service, cant believe the cheek to sell faulty/seconds and basically dismiss it and try to blame the customer! will never ever use again complete waste of money

Currently having a battle with Tile HQ after the batch of beautiful looking tiles i ordered are all faulty. They won't take responsibility and generally their customer service is appalling. I would give 0 stars if I could

What a great company to deal with .I had a query over bathroom tiles and the sales staff could not have been more helpful ,and the prices are brilliant . Our daughter recommended Tile Hq and I am glad she did.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Tile HQ and before you say it - NO I don't work for them!
I rang up for some advice on some tiles and spoke to Nelson who talked me through everything including the tiles, adhesives, sealers, etc. He took my order and I got to choose a delivery date, Nelson even sorted out a smaller truck to deliver them as I live on a narrow lane with no pavement.
The delivery came first thing in the morning on the said day and the delivery driver was most helpful and not rushed to delivery and go.
There were some damaged tiles (which I had been informed that there could be) and Tile HQ arranged to have these replaced without any bother whatsoever all I had to do was send a photo and give a quick description.
All in all an excellent experience from start to finish with both the staff at Tile HQ and with the delivery people. I would recommend Tile HQ without any hesitation.
The tiles? Haven't had them laid yet but they look fine to me and I am sure they will be!

Simple ordering and quick, efficient delivery

Have Placed several separate orders over the last two months. The prices for the tiles we wanted were the most competitive online. The deliveries have been great with one exception and that was due to the local courier service. However, when I called to chase up my order the customer service at Tilehq were brilliant, very prompt in responding and very helpful. The same can't be said for the courier service they use locally to here, they spoilt the experience a little. I would however recommend and use TileHQ again!

I ordered samples which arrived quickly and very safely packaged!! I loved the tiles and with them being 16p cheaper than their online competitors I bought the tiles thinking it may be too good to be true... The tiles arrived and were great! I did discover some dark spots in the last box of tiles and rang tile hi customer services - they were fantastic, they asked me to send photographs and after doing this they sent me a brand new box with free postage!!! Fantastic service and would definitely recommend!!!!!

I can only praise Tile HQ I spoke to a young lady who hadn't worked for the company for long but handed me over to her boss who dealt with all my issues in a professional way. Can't speak highly enough of the service and delivery. I ordered for delivery on a Wednesday and they arrived as requested. Thank You. I do feel for the people that have had problems Don't hesitate buy from this company and it's a shame that more companies don't care as much as yours does.

I received great service from tile HQ, I rang up to order my tiles as I prefer to do this rather than ordering on line. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful man called Cliff. The delivery was very good as I received a phone call an hour prior to the delivery. The delivery guy was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The product was excellent quality and almost half the price of my local well known tile shop! Will use tile HQ again and would recommend. Very happy customer - keep up the great work Tile HQ

Ordered Tiles from tile HQ and were delivered on time.Unfortunately we did not check the amount before the 48 hour deadline and when we did check found the delivery to be 18 tiles short.Maybe this was an unfotunate blunder on our part, fair enough, but by the tone of Tile HQ customer services it just left us thinking that they thought tough luck and no we will not be reordering the missing tiles!

Excellent service from order to delivery, ordered Laura Ashley tiles that no- one else could get for us, we were told by one of the large tile suppliers that there is a waiting lst until the end of April!!! Not the case with Tile HQ plenty of stock and a lot cheaper than anywhere else, delivery prompt and as stated, well worth the extra £10 for next day delivery. Will definitely recommend and use again 100 % satisfied customer

After a week I phoned this company and received a very laid back response to my dilemma. Trouble is I am paying for the bathroom to be refurbished and this delay is costing time and my money. Was promised absolutely last Friday it would definitely arrive and had been shipped but still not arrived.
Spoke to the same man for the last week or so and a different man today (Saturday) who said he doesn't understand what has gone wrong and why it hasn't been chased up. But still he is unable to assure me that the tiles will be delivered on Monday!
It seems to be a company with a big website but not the substance to match up to its claims. I am sure at other times it delivers to satisfied customers but there is no interest in customer care and they do not seem to have their finger on the button when contacted - let alone a pulse! Good luck to anyone else who orders from them, you are taking a risk.

Bought Elgin Marbles tiles from Tlle HQ and have nothing but praise for this company ... Rang and asked for samples which were delivered within two days , chose the tiles i wanted and they were delivered swiftly ... My builder says they are superb tiles for the price and he has almost finished tiling the bathroom with them and they look lovely .. He is going to advise his customers to use Tile HQ as well ... The customer service is superb too ......... Highly recommend , well done to the company and i will definately use them again

These guys know what they're doing.

We bought Laura Ashley wall tiles for our kitchen. We had seen them in a sale at homebase but they did not have many in stock. We looked online and saw that tile hq had them even cheaper than the homebase sale price. We were a bit nervous as you never quite know whether cheap online purchases mean more stress but we went ahead... they were cheap! The tiles came really quickly. I rang tile hq on the day to see if I could narrow the delivery time. They got back to me really quickly (they had to ring the courier) to say they would be there before 1 and they arrived at 12.20.

Unfortunately some tiles broke in transit. I was worried that I would then receive bad service but I was pleasantly surprised. I rang tile hq and they told me to check exactly how many had broken. I emailed this info wed night. The replacements arrived Friday. I had not asked them to rush the order.

I have been very impressed with tile hq, quick replies and good service. I would use them again.
