Rapid service with correct consignemnt in good condition. Unfortunately the courier atempted to deliver the pallet of tiles with an enormous 18 tonne truck that could not negotiate a normal suburban road - living at a motorway services might have worked! The following day they re-attempted delivery with a smaller truck and the tail lift broke! My tradesman ended up breaking the pallet and unloading 20 boxes of tiles and adhesive by hand. There also seems to be a website glitch on address information as deliveries to 2 different addresses have both omitted the house number!? Overall though I would use TileHQ again purely on their price for Laura Ashley tiles - less than half the cost of Homebase.

My first order with Tile HQ was so easy and really good value for money, delivery was £25 which was totally acceptable, that was for next day am spot. No complaints ;-)

However even though i used the Tile HQ website to see how many tiles were required i did not order enough, so i placed another order only 1 box and 5 spare tiles, total about £25, delivery this time was £35 WTF?

Considering this was my second order i thought the delivery was way too much, in the long run did i save money no, would of it been easier to buy from B&Q yes.

I bought a sample tile to begin with to ensure that I liked it. Really pleased with the order of starlight quartz black 300x300 floor tile. Fast efficient service in the ordering process and quick receipt. Good affordable price far more reasonable than any shops I had looked in. Thanks tile hq would buy from you again, will give a further review once the tiles are fitted.

Received sample tiles in the post the following day, as promised! The salesperson was very helpful and knew their product well and was therefore able to offer sound advice regarding my order.

Have used TILE HQ on two occasions now and they have been brilliant on both. Samples sent out at record speed followed by equally great delivery times. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

There was a problem with the delivery of the tiles. I phoned head office and there were very helpful and arranged a new delivery quickly. The tiles are now in place in the bathroom and look amazing.

Another web site operator sent me tiles that did not match (different sizes) and the manufacturer (Laura Ashley) did not want to help. HQ Tiles, however, did. They let me measure the tiles and gave me free samples: Just womderful; thanks a million you saved me froman awkward mess. I have already made my next purchase and will do so again.

Saved over £7 a box of tiles over a big diy store and lighning fast delivery.

tiles are loads cheaper than DIY stores! We got ours delivered within 2 days. Would definitely reccommond and would use again whenever I need tiles.

Paid for next day delivery before 12.
Tiles didn't arrive till the following day whilst I had a tiler waiting for the tiles he needed to continue the job (£150 a day).

They were not overly apologetic on the phone and only offered to refund the extra £25 for next day delivery.

Don't use TileHQ....

we were very impressed with the whole of the service and we will be using Tle HQ when we come to tile the kitchen. Thanks for an efficient service

I can't begin to tell you just how beautiful my bathroom looks - everybody says how lovely the tiles are - so different - nothing I have seen in tile shops matches them - thank you.

Half price to what Home base were selling themfor

As above but we experienced delays as a result of supplier not labelling products which looked similar on internet proving it difficult to differentiate which tile was which. Also product was wrongly labelled but this was sorted out by a phone call to Tile HQ,

found a good site for our wall tiles got them at a spot on price you should give em a go if they look after you as well as they did us your gona be well pleased

Tile HQ offered the best prices for the tiles I wanted and the staff were really helpful when I rang up to ask which adhesive to buy. Would definitely use the site again.

The tiles were identical to those from Topps (same manufacturer) but cost onl about 60% of the price.

Delivery on time.

Would recommend anyone to use this company they provide an excellent service, quick, efficient and reliable,
