we had seen the tiles we wanted in our local store but the price on line from tile hq was simply so good we would have been daft not to use them.We ordered on line on a sunday evening and the tiles were with us within 36 hours.

Cheapest tiles around!
I ordered on line and the tiles and grout arrived next day. I bought the red sparkly tiles which are MUCH cheaper than Topps. They're very easy to cut so very little wastage and they look fab in my kitchen.
The only problem was with the epoxy grout which my tiler managed to get on the tiles and it's practically impossible to remove. More warning about this on the website would be good although this is really the tiler's fault.
Because there was so little wastage I had a full box left over and rang to arrange to take this back myself to Stoke.on a Saturday. Although I was told that the refund would be made on my card the next Monday, I had to ring again before this was actually done.
BUT the staff were very, very good and very patient with me. I would certainly buy from them again and would recommend them.
good quality tiles at great price but some bad things too
Really good quality tiles at fantastic price, did whole flat with tiles from tilehq. The sample service is also excellent.
But:
-tiler said quality of other products (adhesive, finish etc) was awful and refused to use them
- can only return tiles within 28 days, cant return ones not used after this time
- delivery expensive, not always next day as promised
- customer service helpful on phone but rarely phone back as promised
but for me the quality of tile and price made up for the above
Massive problems with delivery and difficult getting help from Customer Service
I ordered kitchen tiles on a Thursday and paid extra for next day / express delivery. I called Tile HQ at lunchtime the next day to try and get an idea of timing and was told they would be there shortly. They weren't. Several hours later I called back and was told the van had broken down and would be there later in the day. The tiles never arrived. I called on the Monday morning and was told that the courier service claimed they had tried to deliver on the Friday the morning, when they clearly hadn't. Tile HQ agreed that this was in fact not true as I had called them on the Friday lunchtime. They agreed to redeliver on the Wednesday morning between 8am-12pm. I called Tile HQ at 10.45 just to make sure they were still delivering and was told they would check and call me back in 5-10 minutes. They didn't, so I called back at 11.30 and was told by the guy that he was really busy, had been left on his own and had a lot of paperwork so he hadn't been able to see if the tiles were indeed going to be delivered. Sympathetic, but given that this was not really a concern of mine and that for a second time I was waiting at home having taken more time off work, I asked again if he would find out if the tiles were actually coming (considering there was only 30 mins left before the end of the delivery slot ) and call me back. He agreed, but didn’t. So again, I called at 12pm, but they weren't picking up the phone, so I asked the lady who put me through if I could speak to a manager. Rather than find someone, she took my details and said that an assistant manager would call me back…..guess what..no one called. I called back 45mins later. The new Tile HQ lady I spoke to said she couldn’t find anyone to help, that they were probably on their lunch break, but that she would certainly get someone to call me back. I did get a call back from the manger about 20mins later who said he was unable to get through to the delivery company, but would keep trying and let me know. He called me back saying the tiles would be delivered between 2.2.30pm that afternoon. They did not arrive. I called Tile HQ back who again said they would try and sort out the problem. Eventually I had a call from the actual couriers who arranged to have new tiles sent out the following morning. At about 5pm I had a call from a driver saying he had a box of tiles from me and was in the completely the wrong area as he had been given the wrong postcode. The tiles eventually turned up the next day, but the driver refused to carry them to my flat for ‘insurance reasons’ leaving me to make several journeys with them to my flat. He didn’t even take the palette with him. So all in all, I don’t think I have ever experienced such dreadful customer service or indeed general service
Forget Topps Tiles!, these guys are cheaper by miles!
I have recently gutted and refitted my bathroom and went to Topps tiles for some inspiration and prices. I wasn't keen on the prices so after searching online, I came across Tile HQ and set about ordering some very cheap samples. They came the next day and the 10 samples were well worth the money because the eventual saving on the tile I chose amounted to over £240 compared with Topps Tiles! Free delivery was included as the order was over £150 and there wasn't a single damaged tile in the batch! Folks, there is an internet alternative for tiles, use Tile HQ!!!

Only issue I'd have is that we needed to order a couple of extra tiles and it cost us £18 for for 4 extra tiles given that we sent over £200 pound thought it might be a little less

My wife was given the task of finding good quality tiles at a reasonable price and to my surprise that is exactly what she did via Tile HQ.
The website was easy to navigate along with the order, delivery was prompt and they even helped me out when I realised that I was short on the order and suggested the best delivery options!
I would use again and most likely will when I tile my kitchen floor.
