I cannot express just how pleased I am with Yahire!! Organising a Xmas party for a large company was stressful with all the changes as you can imagine but throughout the process Khy our account manager went above and beyond to help myself and my team out. For that I am so grateful.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work and for Khy I want to give a very very special thank you for all your help right up to the last day.

Their collection driver took an item worth £250 belonging to another hire company, which they initially denied (by phone). We were then charged for it by the other company. Later, they admitted they had it and then suggested we ought to pay them for storing it! They're dishonest and unwilling to pay for their own mistake.

I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

I ordered tables, covers, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glasses for a 60th birthday celebration at home. The ordering was easy and efficient and Nathan was extremely professional. He even added the coffee cups that I had forgotten to order and at no additional charge to me. The delivery and subsequent collection were on time and similarly efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Yahire and I am sure I will use them again in the future.

We ordered about 180 chairs from Yahire for our wedding. The sales agent, Nathan Bruce, was more than professional and accommodating and did his upmost to assist. The chairs were delievered/collected bang on time and the chairs themselves were beautiful. I would definately recommend Yahire and would use them again!

Great service from YaHire the whole way through the process. Khy was always responsive and extremely helpful. Everything went smoothly on the day, the quality of the furniture is high and greatly appreciated.

Placed order on Friday 21 April 2017 for delivery the following day (Saturday 22 April).

We arranged for delivery to arrive at 8.30am and the driver arrived around 8.15am he was extremely polite and very helpful even taking the time to demonstrate of how to erect the merchandise delivered.

Collection was arranged for Sunday 23 April at 5.30pm.
The driver arrived at 5.20pm and apologised for being a little early and said "Take you time, there is no rush I will wait outside". He even volunteered to help us with the packing up.

Even the event organisers were impressed with both the service and attitude of the drivers' presenting Yahire.

Definitely will use this company again.

Yahire provided crockery, cutlery and glasses for a party we had. (We had been thinking of hiring people to wash up but the restaurant that did the catering recommended this alternative.)

Leanne who made the arrangements was very helpful and accommodating. Pricing was reasonable and everything happened as promised. Delivery/collection people did a great job despite difficult circumstances (loading bay unavailable because of Chinese New Year!). Recommended.

Hired chairs for our wedding - all worked without a problem. Company happy to collect the chairs at 1am. Excellent communication from yahire throughout.

Just want to thank Yahire for the excellent service I've received so far. I changed my order many times and Terry was extremely helpful and patient. I also spoke to Jamie who started the quote for me and was kind enough to give me a small discount! You guys were so accommodating throughout the whole process and also helped me pick a few things from the broad range of services. I will be using the service again! I was really pleased with my experience with Yahire. The rates were good, delivery was well-organised and unproblematic, and the event itself went without a hitch.

I will certainly use Yahire again.

Good prices, easy to navigate site and also answered my emails very quickly. I had to arrange for a specific time slot for both delivery and collection (7am!) and this was handled by Sam at Yahire promptly and with ease.

The chairs were delivered and collected at the times specified and were of good quality.

All of the staff I dealt with -- over the phone and by email when asking for a quote, and at the warehouse when collecting and returning the plates and cutlery, were exceedingly diligent and courteous. Needless to say I would be delighted to recommend Yahire to any friend.

I used Yahire this Christmas for the first time after I got let down by another company I'd used for over 30 years last Christmas. With the last company I often had to clean the chairs they delivered, prop up crooked trestles and always had to chase my deposit. Yahire by contrast had clean chairs, were inexpensive and friendly, and returned my deposit without prompting. I shall be using them from now on. I found their staff helpful, friendly and professional and am very happy to gave found them.
