Leak since original fitting 4 years ago still not sorted

More than 6 months back and forth with emails and parts still not fixing a major leak

Good until there is an issue then no interest at all
Watch out!

Considerate &very helpful customer service team,fitters & electrician efficient & thorough. In all the whole friendly,courteous team were excellent and I know that this awning has been a worthwhile investment I’m a delighted customer.

The delivery men and the fitters were exemplary.
Nothing was to much trouble and they made the whole experience a pleasure

The company were efficient and professional patient and kind not qualities you find easily these days.

Professional, competent workmen. The project was well-thought out and provides an important living area for a multi-generational family. The company was easy to deal with, polite and pleasant. They finished the job thoroughly, returning to tweak a few minor details.

If they turned up to arranged meeting it would have been a good start, surveyor was running early so because i could not be home untill arranged time he cancelled and said office would rearrange another appointment, did this happen of course not usual salesmen crap. My action was to email head office and tell them to forget it as it was to much trouble for them guess what yep you got it no reply.If you want to use this rude company who think there time is more important than yours be aware. No stars awarded but had to give them one as no other option.

Although we had a few small issues as to what we required Eden verandas managed to meet our requirements.
Installers extremely professional.
Veranda very high quality.
All rubbish cleared.

We did significant research before purchasing a veranda.
We were looking for a high quality and reliable product (German engineering) with responsive and UK based customer support. Eden are not the cheapest but overall we have judged that they provide excellent value and we are delighted with our new veranda and feel confident that Eden would be quick to assist should we require any further in the future. The service has been top drawer. Thank you.

Eden Veranders has done a great job from sales to completion, and I am very pleased with my new glass room, which I use nearly every day. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and everything was completed on time. A very good company which I would not hesitate to recommend.

We are very pleased, it's given us the shelter we wanted and improved the look of the back of the house.

Very professional service, from design through to installation and a fabulous quality product.

Our awning was recently supplied and fitted by Eden Verandas. We found the company to be reliable, friendly and rightly proud of the quality of their workmanship. Their professionalism and commitment to great customer service was second to none. All members of the team we dealt with displayed a great attitude and a dedication to the job of getting it right for the customer. We are impressed with this company and would certainly recommend to others.

Not one to moan but after having our veranda fitted by a competitor, sticking to times and actually showing us what the space is or could be - we wanted to share the bad communication, failed no-shows and refund (after a very LONG process!!) we had from your company. Office team were great and very understanding but the sales staff and surveyor not so!

Appalling. The sales representative came to do a survey last summer, and we STILL haven’t received any quotations. This is despite chasing Eden twice - each time they promise to ring back but they never do. If this is how bad the customer care is at the sales stage, imagine what would happen if they got the deposit - nothing at all. It’s a shame because we wanted the glass box, but they’re not even trying to sell their products.

I initially enquired about a veranda over I year ago from this company. The rep who visited a year later was brilliant, never pushy. In fact told me if I purchased to wait a couple of seasons to assess if I needed extras. Quoting that that customers had bought the works and have never needed or used them. So to wait and assess my personal needs. Delivery was very professional and fitting was even better. Would highly recommend.

Elderly mother bought a sunroom. Builders were disrespectful of her property (broke items they used without asking). Job was not completed, no floor was laid. Work damaged property, house gutterings are leaking and damaged.

Company was contacted to rectify issues, initially refused to do the floor despite it being agreed with their salesperson, as the paperwork was not reflective of the sale. Eventually agreed to do minor work to fill gaps in the tiles.

Company has been notified of the damage to the property and demanded photo evidence but refused to visit the property to assess. Has still not made the client whole financially or repaired the damage.

Customer service has repeatedly attempted to gaslight client over the damage, claiming no responsibility despite not assessing it, and demanding full payment despite work being incomplete.

This company are cowboys of the highest order, and should be avoided.

The Fitters and the Veranda arrived early on the scheduled date. Unfortunately an hour later the Senior Fitter announced that one of the "Bungalow Brackets" was wrong and there was nothing further he could do until it was replaced. A deep depression set in as we had worked really hard with adverse weather conditions to ensure the site was ready for the installation. This was minimal compared to the frustration it caused the Fitters who had travelled a considerable distance in the early hours.
Phone calls from both myself and the fitters were exchanged with Eden Verandas and a new schedule planned within an exceptionally short time frame.
To manufacture a new bracket with the 4 intricate weld angles and several coats of spraying involved and have it delivered ready for installation within 4 working days would be absolutely amazing!!!
True to their schedule, the Veranda was erected on time and the quality throughout is first class.
Excellent work all round from ordering to completion.
I am more than happy to recommend Eden Verandas to anyone.

The most straightforward and easy big purchase. Everything was clearly communicated throughout the process and we even had it arrive a little earlier than originally predicted. The installation team just got on with the job and it was complete within a day, with the electrics the following day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eden Verandas to other people. We’ve had lovely comments from neighbours too!
