When the fitters arrived yesterday, on time, they carried out a very professional job, the work was tidy, all cleaned up afterwards, the awning looks fantastic - exactly what we hoped for. The electrician who came this morning was also on time, again a tidy and professional job. Very pleased with our choice of awning supplier.

Paid for planning permission to Eden but they didn’t achieve this.
Now had to pay a further £1650 to a specialist Planning architect,as Eden had
Erected it without prior approval.

Sergeijs and Antony from Eden Verandas did a remarkable job installing our glass room. Their attention to detail was very impressive and they worked extremely hard through some unpleasant weather conditions. The decking was laid extremely neatly and everything was cleaned before they left. There were a few minor issues which were quickly and expertly dealt with on a subsequent visit by Eden's engineers.

After doing a review, received reply saying they could not fit their products but good customer service includes letting the customer know, after promising a 48 hour reply.

No contact at all after visit

Our experience with Eden has been excellent from the start. The Company took care to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, exploring options, time frames, etc.. Planning permission was required in our case and Eden managed this for us so that we didn’t need to do anything but wait. The overall process and anticipated timescales were explained at the beginning and these, aside from the planning wait, were met.
Communication was excellent throughout, Eden kept us informed and were generally available if we raised queries.
In our case the product and installers arrived together in weather that was less than ideal; it was dry but temperatures were at, or below, zero throughout the construction. The installation team worked hard to achieve their goal, often in the dark of a winter afternoon, but had to return at a later date to complete the water test and final clean of the glass
The veranda is exactly what we wanted and we look forward to the spring when we can enjoy it more fully.

Rob visited us this morning, as planned. He was very conscientious and thorough, searching to find potential holes/areas where rain could be creeping in and sealing them. He also re-fitted screws that had unfortunately broken on the leading edge of the decking. Furthermore, we had a problem with locking the door, so he kindly removed the inside latch and replaced it with a double lock, which now works absolutely perfectly and is much more easy to use. I was actually out at the time but the better half said he was great, keeping her informed, as well as explaining and showing her where the work had been done.

So we’re very happy bunnies and appreciate Eden’s help on getting those little snagging elements we had sorted.

High quality product, very pleased. The installation was quick and efficient. The installers were fabulous, clean, tidy and courteous, The veranda is exactly what we hoped it would be, beautifully made and great quality,05/ and fits perfectly. They even cleaned all the glass, top and bottom, before they left. Really pleased with the end product, quality service and product through and through, would thoroughly recommend Eden.

Great service from initial contact through the design, and installation. We had a great choice of colours and designs for the veranda and the blind. We were kept informed during the whole process. All the work was carried out by highly training staff who explained everything to me. After the installation all rubbish was quickly removed. Iam very happy with my new veranda and I will get an enormous pleasure using it

Our experience has been good in the main but there have been parts that stopped the 5 star. The initial sales meeting and process was excellent, but the following admin process was not so good. There is a real need for some better planning and time management due to the fact they wait until the all parts are in the warehouse before they even look to arrange fitters so we ended up with an unnecessary delay in getting the installation.
The installation / fitters were excellent and would get 5 stars if assessed for just them. They did a brilliant job. We have had a minor leak issue the day after the installation was completed but it has taken a week so far for an sign of someone coming to fix it.
Overall a good experience with a few learning points for the company.

Very happy with the Glass Room and decking products so far. The installation was carried out in a professional manner by the two man highly skilled installation team. They worked extremely hard even during some inclement weather and provided great attention to every last detail including clearing up at the end of each day. We couldn't have asked for more.

From start to finish everything was professional. The salesman explained the product perfectly the surveyor pointed out a problem that he overcame with a redesign. The fitting team were fantastic.

Delivery of goods was on time and the staff worked well to bring them through the house.The fitters worked well to finish in the two days allotted for the job and were always happy and pleasant to be around.

The ease of the process altogether was easy- ordering , delivery and installation. Although it did take longer than anticipated due to supply it worked out okay in the end with the installation carried out in the sunshine. It was all coordinated( delivery of equipment and organisation of installation team) and worked well. I was particularly impressed with the Installation Team( Simon and Bradley) from up north who worked long days, hardly stopping and were courteous and a pleasure to have on site.

I was very impressed with Eden. A small family run company that has expanded due to its success in serving customer’s well. As a single person, I was apprehensive at the thought of forking out a large sum on a building project…….I needn’t have worried. Eden is a company you can trust. From the very outset, they were knowledgeable, polite and did not give me the hard sell. I was lucky enough to take advantage of an offer that gave a substantial discount and when the glass roof turned out to be a few inches smaller than originally anticipated they gave me a further discount without being prompted– not many companies would have done that. I explained that I could not have it fitted until the builder had finished the garden wall – not a problem, they put my order on hold for many months. The men who came to fit it, Jack and Josh were a credit to their company. Hard working, polite, helpful, clean and tidy workers who soldiered on through the blazing heat………I could not fault their work ethic and skill. I am really pleased with my finished veranda – I can throw open the bi-fold doors for the dogs and not worry if it is raining, I have a log store and a lovely dry outdoor area for rainy summer dinner parties. I am so glad I went for it, and so glad I chose Eden – their products are German designed and have inbuilt draining, I run mine into a large water butt – this is structural engineering at its best. I should also add, that my area was a challenge – a horse shoe shaped area that required brackets and packing – but they did a sterling job. 5 star!
