Wish I'd read the below before I ordered!! Taken my money, they don't answer emails& none of my orders have arrived. Yep it's a scam, stay away! I'm going to report the company and speak to my bank to try and get the money back.

Do not use this Company UNDER any Circumstances.
Ordered 7 prints on 26th Feb 23 on then seeing reviews immediately asked for cancellation of order and refund. COMMUNICATION is non existent and finally 25th March 23 received 4 poor quality bits of material stuck to a frame. All immediately chucked in the bin as smudged and could not see the pictures. They came wrapped in a plastic bag that did not even contain a delivery note or invoice.
Worst £50 ever spent this company is a massive Scam and needs investigating 😡

Echoing exactly the comments about Mothers Day. They took the money fine when I ordered on 3 March but Evri are "still waiting for it from the supplier". Numerous emails later, I haven't heard a thing from them and no refund/picture. Completely let down, not to mention they still have money for something they haven't provided.

If I could give them 0 star rating I would order my parcel over two weeks ago for Mother’s Day had no tracking no reply for literally two weeks until two days ago saying that it will get dispatched the day after. The day after I emailed asking again but they haven’t given the parcel to the courier so it’s not even out for delivery yet and in two days it’s Mother’s Day so thanks a lot. Absolutely rubbish of a company no communication and delays of over 3 weeks safe to say I will never be buying anything again with them.

Ordered before reading reviews.
Placed an order on 23/02 and still haven’t received it. Emailed twice but no reply.
Haven’t received any updates regarding dispatch or tracking.
The cheap prices are too good to be true… clearly!

I ordered on the 16th of February I’ve had no update on my items I contacted them through there online chat they said no couriers picked up over the weekend and are picking up yesterday still no tracking number.

I ordered 4 canvases from this company. They never arrived. They sent a confirmation email. And also provided tracking info.. However, evri were still awaiting for them to pick them up 2 weeks later. This company is a scam, altho they tell you they aren't. After getting in contact with them numerous times, I was given excuse after excuse. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I ordered 4 canvas prints, took ages to be delivered, arrived torn and the worst quality ever. I got a reply from them stating they never have problems but blamed EVRI, it certainly wasn’t Evris fault, they were packed in one sheet of bubble wrap and a plastic bag. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they ignore your messages so eventually did a chargeback!

So ordered before I read reviews. Big mistake however I had no problems at all! Yes my prints took about 3 weeks to arrive and yes they’re not the most expensive quality but you get what you pay for and they look lovely on the wall. £25 for 4 A3 prints…you can’t go wrong and I’m very happy

I ordered 2 prints costing me £70 in October 2021. I have never received them. I had one reply stating they were damaged in transport and would be resent. I have sent numerous emails never to have they had the decency to reply even though I have my account number. I would keep away from this company as communication ridiculous.

right i see a lot of negs on the company i ordered from here then seen the bad reviews there communications with customers are not the best which they need to improve my print took 3 weeks nearly i was dreading it as i seen people saying bad quality any way it came today and it was fantastic if the company sorted out the customer support and delivery times it would improve the ratings

Scam Scam Scam ordered in November got tracking number but it never was collected or the details never changed contacted loads of times never got any reply back.

Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 3 weeks ago now. I received a confirmation e-mail - all seemed legit. Received tracking information. Again, all seemed legit. Then absolutely nothing! Have tried to contact them SEVERAL times. No reply. (Only contact details are for someone called 'Simon'.)
Waste of time and money! Very annoyed.

Disappointed you cannot allocate negative stars. My first order some years ago went fine but I ordered a special file collage for my wife where I paid in August last year and it took me almost another year to collect all the photographs from around the world. All the time they said it wasnt a problem and asked me for my address again as they had lost my details, totally led me on for months. When I gave them all the images to print, they never responded and ignore my messages. Just plain crooks, nothing more. This was a special gift I had made for my wife, all those personal pictures now just out there of family who aren't with us any more. It's disgusting.

Placed an order, only one part of my order arrived. Emailed the contact on the email Simon Evans 3 Times, emailed the company on their website and also opened an online chat. Not one person has gotten back to me. If I could give minus stars I would. This is an absolutely appalling company to deal with and I wouldn't touch them again with a badge pole. They've stolen money from me basically. Avoid at all costs as you will not get what you asked for.

Ordered a canvas on 16th October, only had shipping confirmation after I emailed 14 days after purchase but no tracking number. Had a response from one of the many emails I sent in asking for an update saying they would check with the courier but nothing since. Awful company, so disappointed and I am looking to report them

Only received one part of my order, they said they would resend but still haven’t received after a month, multiple messages and emails sent but ignored each time. Klarna has opened a dispute and even they are being ignored. Avoid at all costs

I believe this is a scam. I placed an order on 8th November messaged numerous times on fb, email and on there page and getting no response at all. all I want to know it where my canvas is, there communication to there customers is a disgrace. do not buy from this company.

Appalling service. Ordered two lots of prints - 3 x A3 and 1 x A1. Received no tracking update until I contacted them, and even then it took two messages from myself for them to reply. I then only received my A3 prints! I contacted them again, they ignored all emails and phone calls, so I contacted them via Facebook. Eventually received a message to say they were sending it separately. I asked for a second tracking number, and have sent two further messages since, again no reply. I have opened a dispute with my bank, they are a disgrace. I have photographic evidence of what was delivered by the courier, the promise of a second parcel, and the total lack of messages. Appalling.
