Ordered my prints 6/11/22 and they arrived today! After placing order I then read reviews which arnt great but please to say they came and are great quality also got a dispatch email to say they were on way

Mycanvasprint.Co.uk orderd 5 canvas over a month ago still nothing after sending numerous emails they all get blanked with no reply people be beware there cheap for a reason

Edited to say that they finally responded to all my messages and then sent through my canvases. Ordered 3rd October, got sent an email asking me to send over images following day, then never heard from them again. Emailed several times with no response and never received canvas.

Love my canvases from here! They were delivered really quickly and are good quality. Great price too! Very happy and would recommend!

Ordered 2 large canvases on 9th sep. They were delivered today on the 28th. I read the reviews after ordering and was very worried that I wouldn't receive them. The pictures are great. Brilliant quality, and I am very happy with them. Would order again.

Not even worth 1 star. Scammer. Taking further for business investigation.

I got this after 3 months and I must say it is beautiful. I don’t know why it took that long to arrive and I thought I was scammed already.

Been waiting for a response for over 2 weeks now. Still no sign of canvas and no idea what's happening with my canvas. Just being ignored. I've tried Facebook to message them and I've emailed them on several occasions. Even asked for refund no way of getting one back because no way on contacting them. I heard good things from a friend of mine but they must of been lucky because I've read so many reviews and im shocked this is still a company. It's shocking how much they charge and then think they can take money then not send the produce or take money and then ignore the customer.
So angry as this canvas meant a lot aswell.

Awful customer service! I have messaged the seller numerous times and they either ignored me or asked me a question then ignored my response and now I’ve tried to message them again they’re on summer break! The first order was ‘damaged by the courier’ so I asked to get it sent back out and asked for an order number for that item yet they haven’t give it me, so how do I know that they’ve sent it out? I’ve been waiting over a month now for two canvases! It’s ridiculous!! Luckily I paid through PayPal so they were able to give me a refund!

I've been waiting over 15 days now for my delivery, I'm even wanting a refund and not item, I've sent numerous emails, messages and no reply, it's absolutely shocking and I'm not happy at all, I ordered from a different company through amazon and got it in 3 days. I will never you this company again. And if I don't receive items shortly I will be getting my legal team involved.

Ordered 4 canvases, received 2 of them which were good quality, but the other 2 didn't arrive even though I ordered all in the same order. I emailed to check if my others were out for delivery and was emailed back by Simon asking for my order number. I provided my order number and was ignored there after. After a few days of being ignored I sent another email to check if he had gotten my email about my order number, but yet again I was ignored. So I never received half of my order which was a gift for father's day, that I struggled to afford in the first place and now am left out of pocket for.

Absolutely shocking quality print received, emailed ‘Simon” who promised during multiple email conversations to send another one out. Still not received and now ignoring my emails weeks later. Customer service is not a skill they have! Now I’m out of pocket with a canvas which was gift but no way suitable to give to any one!

Ordered 12th December and still waiting. Chased the order mid January for speedy reply that it would be looked into and two weeks later I’m now being ignored and not heard from them or received the item. Scam website that needs to be avoided
