Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed to discuss my purchase which I could not do if I bought online. It is much better to talk to someone when buying something technical. This is lost with online shopping. Also, the price was no more than buying online.

I always use Richer Sounds for my electrical entertainment items because I have such great service. The staff are helpful and patient even though I have, thanks to my technological inadequacy, had to call them several times when setting up equipment. They also have plenty of choice and good, competitive prices.

Ordered a Roberts istream 3, picked up following day at Lichfield store. Great radio really pleased with quality and sound, from radio and Spotify. Managed to set up ok ( with help of YouTube) not bad for pensioner. Excellent service from Lichfield store, many thanks.

I was looking for a TV online, just a small TV for bedroom as we had one of the same model already. Knowing that it was one of those TV's that's likely been replaced by another model, I knew I'd have some difficulty in finding this exact one. However I found it online at Richer Sounds.

I was directed to speak to the store in Edinburgh that had the TV in stock so it would be sent out from there. I had no issues with the sale or customer service in relation to purchasing the TV. The TV itself is working great and even opted in for the extended warranty.

Special shout out to Toby, Very good idea to divert any incoming telephone calls to which ever branch is free to take a call. All the individuals I've interacted with are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Only fly 🕊️ in the ointment was DPD bit of a disaster there.

He could of encouraged me to go for the more expensive speakers but he was great because he didn't do that with the deal that was on offer he was honest and gave me excellent advice and the manager was also excellent explaining the best way to get the best out of the speakers which is why I have given a full 5 Star for telling me the cheaper ones are best for me even though it ment less for them that's what you want knowing your getting the best advice Many thanks to the manager and staff at the Cardiff Branch.

Great service once again

I was disappointed that the product I bought on the 29th May was not available for me to take home on the day ie available in store. However I chose a next day delivery for which I paid a fee. Unfortunately the sales assistant entered the wrong day. I had to ring the store to get a refund of the delivery fee. I was told the delivery would now be Tuesday, A DPD operative texted me to say he was coming on Monday but I had not left my porch door open that day. I went on the DPD website and selected to pick up my item from one of their lockers (Yeep) as I live very close to DPD warehouse. They would nor send me the code for the locker. I complained to Richer Sounds who said they would contact DPD delivery team. A Richer Sound employee rang me up on the Thursday to say DPD would deliver the next day. I therefore left my porch door open. It was delivered OK the next day. Please improve your delivery process but I commend you for sorting it out quickly.
