Excellent price and good service received from the booking process through to the garage where the repair was carried out. Would definitely use again.

I was very satisfied with my recent car service, arranged by the AA, which I will continue to use.

Very easy to book, really helped that mini bus was collected and dropped back off.
Had reminders sent so did not forget.
Was updated throughout day regards time of collection and of any additional works that was required. Would use again and also reccomend.

I am pleased with the fact that my vehicle was picked and returned back . However, I noticed my tire pressure was not checked and filled which was part of the checks. this leaves me with concerns that other parts were properly checked.

The service was good, however, I wasn’t notified when they kept my car overnight. I was very worried as I was told the car will be returned on the same day.

Really easy to book through the AA app. Car picked up and returned, which meant I could use the service while at work. Good communication.

The booking process is simple and fast, there are a few options of service garages. I had requested that my car be collected which is very convenient as it is less disruptive to my work day.
On this occasion the garage had an issue and had contacted me to see if I could bring my car in,for which we arranged a time first thing in the morning.
Problem was in attempting to update the booking on their side, AA smart care ended up sending me a cancellation email the evening before my service was due. This happened without any attempts to contact me and since their phone lines only opened after my arrange service time, it left me in a position of stress for the whole evening and next morning (seeing as making a new booking would have gone beyond my MOT expiry date).

In the end I was able to get my service and AA smart care corrected their mistake. Can't complain about the car service and the price I received through AA smart care for MOT with a service was very reasonable.

Was a very easy process from start to finish i had no problems with the garage my car was sorted within a few hours.

2 hours for a simple MOT. Unexceptable. People were present but totally unresponsive.

It was quickly and professionally dealt with at our home.

It was easy to book with good communication. However the garage that was used to carry out the MOT were not great at explaining what needed to be done and no offer to do the work required to get my car to pass the MOT. I found them to be abrupt and dismissive.
I have found a different place to use for repairs MOT recommended by a friend. I thought that I would be I good hands with the AA but that was not the case.

First time doing an MOT and first impressions everyone was very friendly and welcoming, gave me a rundown on what they do and offered me tea. Lovely people defo recommend
