Beautiful bed and mattress, arrived a day earlier than anticipated however many emails and texts to advise this.

Really pleased with the service from Bensons. The whole process from start to finish was easy. The guys who built my bed were polite, professional, clean and quick. They demonstrated how the bed works as it is an ottoman and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend Bensons and will use them again in the future.

Good service in store but than really poor customer service. Cancelled delivery less than 24 hours before planned after I’d booked leave to accommodate. No phone call just an email and a new date a week later. Phoned to discuss and by end of the calls I ended up cancelling because of the hassle

The sales in store , customer service and delivery were all excellent however I was very disappointed in the colour of my divan and headboard as it appeared very different to the showroom . I ordered dune beige but it looks grey … I had a replacement but still more grey than beige . The mattress and quality of the divan and head board is lovely , just the colour is not want I wanted Or expecting
