The shop was very clean & felt very relaxed, the shop assistant was very helpful & friendly (Paul) & didn’t rush us into anything, Paul even Offered us a cup of tea. They had some beautiful sofas there where my dad ended up purchasing two 2 seater sofas.

Excellent customer service in the Chester industrial park store, when choosing our new wardrobe. Dave and Christine were absolutely fantastic so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, without being at all pushy. They took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Customer service like this makes such a difference.Thank you both for all your help we really appreciated it and would happily recommend Bensons, especially Dave and Christine! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Simple ordering, good price and good delivery date

Knowledgeable staff. Mattress was taken upstairs and old one removed.

From my initial browsing in store, Ryan’s knowledge and help in choosing my product to delivery which was on time, I was kept well informed the operatives handled my bed and mattress with care and they worked efficiently leaving everything clean and tidy 10/10

We walk in and later Darren asked if he could help , he took his time with us and nothing was to much trouble, we eventually came to the bed , headboard and mattress that hopefully is good for us, I would like to say Darren was polite, friendly and very professional, we now hope the delivery and placing of our new bed is just as easy,

Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they talked us through all the different options and let us try out loads of beds. They were not pushy at all they just left us to keep trying the three mattresses we had narrowed it down to. We made a decision and the payment process was fast efficient and again not pushy in anyway.

From buying the bed right through to building and setting up the bed all staff were polite and courteous,tidied up after themselves as well. No hassle whatsoever.

Brilliant help & advice from Paula within the Newtownabbey shop, who spent time to listen, explain & answer any of my questions. Great communication throughout to keep me up to date with my order. Big shout out to the delivery team as well, the guys( Phil&Ross ) were great & delivered the new mattress with great care. We've had our mattress for a week now and WOW could not recommend it enough!

Our visit was great Angela in Braintree store was so helpful and really knows her products. We were just making enquiries but ended up with a TV bed /mattress plus another complete bed frame with headboard. We are hoping that when our orders arrive they match the quality service she gave us.
