Michael in the Warrington store was helpful, identifying the ranges that might suit my needs.
Julia on the telephone was very helpful, explaining the various insurance options and delivery timescales. She stayed on the line while I went online to pay the deposit to make sure it went smoothly.

Stu was so helpful and no pressure
Stu was so helpful, our initial plan of a corner sofa didn't work with our space but he helped us find an alternative and wasn't pushy or pressuring. We had time to look and decide what to do without feeling like we had to decide right there.

Really nice and relaxed
Really nice and relaxed, non pressure sales experience. Colin (sorry think this was his name!) has a great manner and built rapport easily, very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall good experience and looking forward to our new sofa!

My 76 year old mum got a sofa which was ex display the sofa was fine to look at but wireing wasn’t checked , waited over a week for delivery and cost £120 delivery was brought today and wires for recliner had burnt owt !

Visit experience
Our family went into Dfs at Swindon today. We were welcomed by the staff cordially. We went around the shop on both floors in our own time. After choosing the sofa we liked we received a full explanation of offers, discounts with other furniture, care info for the sofa itself, finance, waranty and delivery information in great detail by Pina, who was very professional. We are happy with our purchase and look forward for delivery and installation.

We were just browsing .
We were just browsing and after chatting with the sales person were able to choose a Sofa which suited us perfectly. We were unsure of the size we had chosen but the sales person held the items for us while we went home to measure.
We decided a larger sofa would work so when we were called from the store we were able to Change the order and pay the extra then and there. Top marks and top customer service.
