Staff very helpful and friendly of the purchase of our suite

Shaun made my experience today very relaxing, he was really professional from start to finish. He told me everything I needed to know from furniture care , insurance , delivery etc.
He made it a very enjoyable shopping experience, he was very good with my kids & we even got hot chocolates plus a coffee . I would definitely recommend to family & friends about the 100 customer care I received today. I was one very happy customer when leaving the store at Boucher Road Belfast

We recently purchased a new sofa from DFS, and I wanted to leave a special review for Paul, who looked after us throughout the whole process.
As soon as we walked into the store, Paul greeted us, introduced himself, and asked if we needed any help. We explained that we were just browsing, and he completely respected that. There was no pressure, no hovering, and no feeling that we were being watched while we looked around. It made for such a relaxed and comfortable shopping experience.
When we found a sofa we liked, we approached Paul for more information. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the different options available without ever making us feel rushed. We told him we wanted to go home, check our measurements, and think about it. Once again, he respected our decision completely and didn't become pushy or try to pressure us into buying.
Three days later, we returned to the store and were pleased to see Paul again. He remembered us, was fantastic with our children, and made us all feel so welcome. His friendly manner, product knowledge, and honest guidance gave us complete confidence in our decision.
Thanks to Paul's excellent service, we bought our beautiful new sofa, along with the matching snuggle chair, coffee table, side table, rug, and a care warranty! It wasn't because we felt pressured—it was because Paul genuinely helped us find the perfect pieces for our home and explained the benefits of each option.
We left the store feeling excited, happy, and looking forward to our new furniture arriving. Thank you, Paul, for making what could have been a stressful purchase such an enjoyable experience. You're a real credit to DFS, and we will definitely be back in the future.

Great selection of good quality sofas with helpful staff.

Amazing customer service today i have forgotten the gentleman name but his service was amazing he involved our children ( well kept them entertained by setting them up on their favourite sofa the cinema sofa ) they were both impressed that it gave them a massage and really wanted me to purchase this one instead but i kept to the dolcie 🤣 we did pop in a fee days ago before today and the other man we seen was a bit pushy really you could tell he wanted the sale and was very on us where as today we felt so relaxed and felt we were not oushed into the purchase

The assistant was very friendly without being pushy. She showed me a range of options similar to my first choice for comparison. Once I had made my choice she gave me lots of time to decide on sizes and options showing me digitally how things would look. A very good experience and great range of sofas available.
