Great experience as soon as I entered the store. Had a look around initially and when I returned after thinking through my purchase, the transaction was seamless & top notch customer service provided the whole way through.
Thanks to Darran for his help processing the transaction & to the lady who initially came over to help (think her name was Wadar..sorry if that’s incorrect but Darran will know who I mean!)
Didn’t feel like a pressured sales pitch at all & considering how indecisive I was being, they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at any point! Will highly recommended your store & your staff that are a credit to this company

We had a fantastic experience buying our sofa from DFS. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, with everything explained clearly and in detail. Our order details were thoroughly double-checked, the payment process was quick and simple, and the delivery timescales were clearly outlined. Overall, it was a really great experience from start to finish. A special shoutout to Khushal, who was absolutely lovely to deal with and made the whole process even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service!

Ordered sofa 8th aug phoned 5 hours…
Ordered sofa 8th aug phoned 5 hours later to cancel as we were told a customer had bought same product didn't take out extra insurance and had to pay £600 for a repair on a £3000 sofa so we decided not a good buy i have phoned customer service again today sent 2 emails still awaiting a return call to refund our £300 deposit not good customer service
