Met with Christopher Ray today and he was working with him and become a Premier member. He was teaching me where my money would make the most money for me. I don’t like banking on line in case someone steals or I lose my iPad. I prefer one one ones to do my banking. I have been with first tech for years and have only had one bad time when someone was using my debit card, without authorization, went to the Nimbus location and they resolved the situation immediately. Very helpful.

I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Frank today. I called regarding an overpayment on my credit card, and Frank handled the situation with impressive speed and professionalism. He was incredibly thorough, explaining the expedited process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect and when the fix would occur.
One of the highlights of the call was how easy Frank was to communicate with; he was friendly, articulate, and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. The entire resolution took less than 10 minutes. It is rare to have such a seamless experience over the phone, and Frank is a fantastic asset to the First Tech Credit Union team!

Stephenie B. Amazing and was able to help me. There were a lot of times I called and always got transferred and also didn’t get my things resolved. Stephenie B has given me the absolute best customer service, she build rapport and helped me with my business loan appointment and also resolved my stressful situations and on top of that she is super knowledgeable.
