Great experience with First Tech

I had a great experience with First Tech Federal Credit Union, particularly due to the ease of use of their technology and the excellent customer service provided. The mobile app and online banking platform are very intuitive and convenient, making everyday banking seamless and efficient.
I would especially like to recognize Jake Stone, Relocation Specialist – Level II, for his outstanding support. Jake was extremely helpful throughout the account setup process and was always prompt and thorough in resolving any questions or issues I had. His responsiveness, knowledge, and customer‑focused approach made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free.
Overall, the combination of reliable digital banking tools and strong customer support makes First Tech Federal Credit Union a pleasure to bank with.

Great experience with First Tech in Seattle

We work with the First Technology office in Seattle. The staff is extremely knowledgeable , helpful and personal. We received great suggestions on how to invest with First Tech and how to operationally make management of accounts easier. All around a great experience!

Always ready to help members. No hassles.

Met with Christopher Ray today and he was working with him and become a Premier member. He was teaching me where my money would make the most money for me. I don’t like banking on line in case someone steals or I lose my iPad. I prefer one one ones to do my banking. I have been with first tech for years and have only had one bad time when someone was using my debit card, without authorization, went to the Nimbus location and they resolved the situation immediately. Very helpful.

I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Frank today. I called regarding an overpayment on my credit card, and Frank handled the situation with impressive speed and professionalism. He was incredibly thorough, explaining the expedited process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect and when the fix would occur.
​One of the highlights of the call was how easy Frank was to communicate with; he was friendly, articulate, and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. The entire resolution took less than 10 minutes. It is rare to have such a seamless experience over the phone, and Frank is a fantastic asset to the First Tech Credit Union team!

Stephenie B. Amazing and was able to help me. There were a lot of times I called and always got transferred and also didn’t get my things resolved. Stephenie B has given me the absolute best customer service, she build rapport and helped me with my business loan appointment and also resolved my stressful situations and on top of that she is super knowledgeable.
