attentive support

Celina did a great job of listening to the specifics of my multi-point concern and issues based on an email I received from First Tech that was riddled with errors and confusion. She documented each concern, and by the end of our call she also had answered all my account questions.

Customer Service

Ms. Yolanda Rodriguez Silva was exceptional. I have served as a Flight Chief with the Department of Defense for 44 years, and she provided some of the finest customer service I have ever experienced. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were evident from the very first interaction. First impressions are critical in any business, and she not only met that standard—she set it. I would welcome the opportunity to have her on my team at any time.

Phone calls can save you money.

Marisa Ambriz made a scam monthly payment go away on my Credit Card. It's scary when a merchant takes advantage of your credit information. Helpful and professional, she was very patient with my lack of knowledge on replacing my card. Thanks!

I'm off to a great start with First Tech

Manny Perez has help make my move to the US an absolute breeze. He helped me set up my account before the relocation, access a mortgage before I had a US credit history and facilitated so many requests that other bankers would have balked at. I'm really grateful to him and his fantastic colleagues at First Tech for all the support

Excellent customer service

They provide excellent customer service across a wide range of banking and financial products, which made my relocation process very smooth. A quick email was usually enough for their team to take care of whatever was needed.

Login didn't show mobile deposit

I had an issue when logging in to First Tech that the mobile app did not show anything regarding mobile deposit. Had something to do with the merge with Digital CU, and in the process of inspecting the app on my iphone 16, the problem resolved itself. Alana
Tate was very helpful and patient in working with me to resolve the issue.
