Ipvanish taking money from my account
I had ipvanish and my time to renew was up. So I took up the offer of a year at £34.99. Which was great. However when I went to pay they took £89.99 from my bank account without my authority. So I contacted them and they said they would refund me. However for the next 4 weeks even up until today’s date 18/03/2026 they have still been trying to take £89.99 from my bank account. They did not refund the initial £89.99 so I had to get my bank involved who revoked the payment. I put a review on and ipvanish replied saying to contact them to sort it out as it must have been a mistake and yes they did the same thing offered me a deal at £34 and then tried to take £89.99 and are still making attempts. What is going on. Contact ME ipvanish and explain what’s going on. Don’t answer on here say tou will help me because you don’t. That’s just for the the sake of people thinking that you do do but you don’t.

Generally I am happy with Ipvanish
Generally I am happy with Ipvanish. Sometimes it is a little slow to populate a new IP address. Also to renewal fee after the first year is a little steep. $170.00 for a year is too much for the amount of time I use this program. This will force me to find another next year when my subscription runs out. Cheers.
