We are pleased with the sofa but had to wait 12/14 weeks for it to arrive although they kept us up to date. Delivery guys were fine.

Wide range of designs to choose from. Thanks to the excellent customer service of David and patience we finally made our decision. Delivery first class being kept informed and furniture being set up quickly and efficiently by Paul and Michael. We love it.

As we entered the shop we met a lovely lady who was very helpful as I didn't know what sort of furniture I wanted. Her knowledge was amazing and I decided to buy a corner sofa. I would recommend this shop to my friends/ family and the prices was very reasonable.

Delivery men did a stellar job and managed to navigate the sofa in through a window !! Very pleased with the sofa too!

The purchase went smoothly as did the delivery. I was kept informed every step of the way. I only just received our new sofa yesterday so I cannot comment on its longevity as of yet.

My husband and I popped to Foss park to look for sofas. Abdul welcomed us, Hel was very helpful, gave us plenty of time and support to make our choices and wasn’t pushy in any way.
We had a very pleasant buying experience and was offered a coffee whilst making colour/fabric choices.
Looking forward to taking delivery of our new furniture at the beginning of November.

Absolutely shocking. We had our leather sofa delivered at the end of March. It’s already started to peel. We have hardly used this sofa as we have two front room and it only gets used when people visit. I have emailed my issues over along with the pictures. We have a leather sofa that is fifteen years old and it’s in immaculate condition. I will be getting a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015.

Kept informed of delivery date and delevered on time. Derlivery guys were brilliant.
As for the sofa, brilliant and very comfy.

We were Welcomed by Suzanne who was a breath of fresh air. Suzanne was vey knowledgeable and professional but down to earth.
The whole experience was like a friend advising us rather than a sales person.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. and I was considering buying electric sofas and chairs for my lounge, boy, am I glad I didn't.
I bought chairs with footstalls for my kitchen diner. The chair in the showroom was great of course.I had them delivered, one chair and 2 footstalls are great and with the colour of our choice. Alas, 1 of the chairs was delivered crooked/ wonky. I telephoned the store and was told I'd have to fill in a form, get a third party to come out and inspect to REPAIR the chair that had never been used WHAT A JOKE.
anyway, I did as told. the company, Emmiera, gave me a date 1 month in the future. I booked time off work and they cancelled the day before they should have turned up.
I called Poltron/SCS and they refused to send somebody out and said I'd have to wait for another appointment with Emmiera. Emmiera contacted me and it's another month before they can come out.
DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Liked when on arrival member off staff directed me to areas in store I was looking for and left me to search and when needed helped me make the right decision so thank you Stirling store.

Helpful staff in store, kept well informed about the delivery. Thought I needed to remove the glass in the lounge window to get the sofa in but the amazing delivery guy sorted it which saved me money. Very happy with my sofas.
